In and out with the best care Ive had in many years. I've been led to believe I had athletes foot by appointment doctors and urgent/immediate care doctors for nearly 2 decades. This staff quickly asked if I have excessive sweat on my feet, which I confirmed. They said to use antiperspirant deodorant and recommended a brand. The erosion of the webbing of my feet is gone! Im cured of a painful affliction I have had to endure for nearly 20 years because every other doctor in Buffalo was too incompetent. THESE are PROS; the physician assistant outdid many many "doctors" in mere minutes. They also addressed my other issues very quickly and heard me out. Many sad excuses for doctors dont even listen to a word out of your mouth. If youve evet been to WNY Urology, then you know what im talking about!

Calling about my prescription on 9/29/2025. On hold from 13:15 to 14:45. For an hour and a half no one picked up the phone. Constantly telling me I'm the first caller by the answering machine. This is not acceptable. Something needs to be done.

Plus she actually answers your questions! I recently had my annual exam where she covers the whole body with her medical assistant filing the results in the computer in real time, so Dr. Lenahan’s focus on the patient is adhered to. I am having an issue with hair loss. So I requested a future appointment to discuss my options. Dr. Lenahan does not at this time perform surgeries but she will refer you to another doctor who can assist. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Lenahan to anyone who needs expertise care!

Unfriendly and unwelcoming. The person who took my information and the doctor in the room seemed to be bothered by my presence, they didn't adress half my concerns and when I tried to bring up other concerns I forgot to mention she (the doctor) told me I would have to come on for another appointment. The walls are thin I could hear what was the other patients were talking about. I was in there for less than 30 minutes. Just felt like she was trying to go through as many patients as she could.

Today my daughter had an appointment at 4 pm but she was nit even for 50 minutes. People came after we're seen before of us . If u make an appointment and you are not shown on-time ,so why is the appointment for? They are always late .... Do not recommend to anyone.

the only doctors appointment i don’t get nervous going to! have had nothing but wonderful experiences there for the last 3+ years of being a patient. my most recent visit my PA was Victoria and she was amazing— super personable, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. cannot recommend Lenahan enough!

I was very disappointed with the whole appointment. It took me longer to get ready and drive there than the duration of the appointment. The nurse practitioner is very cold and unwelcoming not to mention the two students shadowing her. Never saw the doctor. If you’re looking for answers or any kind of interaction this is not the office to go to.
