I had MOHS surgery in 2022. Loved Dr. Williford & very happy with the clinical side of my treatment. I need an itemized statement showing paid in full which I did soon after my surgery. I have called all week at various hours & listened to that God awful music. I have not been able to speak to a human although I have tried all kinds of tricks, by calling #s directly to location, main #, # on my billing all leading back to that horrific music that I have probably invested close to 3 hours of my time! After waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, system throws you into automatic call back for next business day. When that call comes & I have answered this 2x this week - you guessed it - that DANG music!! After suffering through it again for 10 - 15 minutes, system goes directly to their survey. Am I in bizzaro world?? How can an organization as large & renowned as Atrium Wake Forest Baptist have such a freaking terrible call routing system? Oh BTW, I was able to speak with someone on Friday, December 12. She assured me my statement would be mailed on Monday, December 15th. I was patient, considering Christmas delays, but surprise, never came! So here I sit, trying to be understanding in the new year, trying to be kind, but no go. This statement represents thousands of dollars in reimbursement to me. Please WFB, get a new phone vendor & replace your customer support reps. I am guessing they are remote. Train them to pick up the call. Gave you 1 on your surveys, lowest I could do. No stars today. Blah. Oh goodness. I have to give 1 star to be able to post. Consider it a negative 1

Thorough visit and evaluation. Personable provider. Good explanation. Listened well and asked if had any questions or concerns. Im a physician associated with Wake GI fellowship and have gotten all my care with Wake for years. Always recommend. Also Reception staff very good.

The lady that checked me in was very sociable, funny, and friendly. The RMA; however, wasn't. She was a bit abrasive, rushing, loud, and not friendly at all. But the best part of the visit definitely was Diana Munoz, NP. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I'm very pleased and at ease about the outcome from the visit, and I appreciate the suggestions that she gave me. She is definitely an asset to that office!

Today was my first visit ever to get a skin/ mole screening from concerns I had at this location. I want you to know from the first moment I walked in what a great staff!! The whole staff deserves a shout out as well . They were all wonderful. The lady at the front to the nurse to the Dr.Dinah Munoz. The doctor was awesome and was very thorough. The Dr. had compassion , was ethical, seemed to appreciate you as a patient, didn't feel rushed and concerned about my well being and health and made sure I had allmy questions answered before I left! If you need a great doctor that cares.. she is the one to see!!!

I had a truly great experience at my dermatology office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The office was clean, modern, and ran on time — which I really appreciated. My dermatologist was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s not always easy to find a medical office that combines professionalism with genuine care, but this team does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dermatological care!
