Beautiful Skin by Carmen

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Skin by Carmen. I scheduled my appointment a full week in advance, only to have it completely disregarded and moved 3 times in a 24 hour time span. That in itself was frustrating, but I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and move forward. After finally receiving the service, I was told I would be sent post-care instructions via text to help care for my skin—but that message never came. Since then, I’ve been experiencing complications and have reached out multiple times over the course of a full week. Despite repeated phone calls and text messages, no one has had the courtesy to respond. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of follow-up—especially when it concerns someone’s skin and health—is completely unacceptable. I expected far better and hope others consider this before booking.

Excellent place to take care of your facial needs. I suffered from acne back in my teen years and now I dealing with bad scarring. I had a consultation and microneedling was the best choice for me. I had an appointment with Cricelis and it was great!, she is very processional, knowledgeable, friendly and gentle, I'm already seeing dramatic results. I know I will need several sessions, but I'm happy with what I'm seeing. Totally recommend. Prices are also reasonable (best prices I've ever seen). Five stars

Carmen really helped me with my concerns I had in taking care of my skin. Her recommendations have been A+ and I can definitely tell a difference how my skin looks and feels. I don't even need to wear makeup if I choose not to. My pores and lines over the 4-5 months I have been going to her have decreased and for that I am grateful. She taught me how to properly take care of my skin and it shows. My friends notice and I get compliments all the time. I would highly recommend. Great atmosphere and vibe.

Carmen is a sweet heart! It was my first visit and I did the Microdermabrasion and it was great! I came in to deal with some after acne scarring. She was very clear and precise with the game plan to help me! Just after this first visit, I already know that she's going to help me a great deal and Im excited to continue my journey of getting rid of these stubborn marks with her! Place is very clean and has the most soothing music, so much so that I almost dosed off! So 100% recommend!!

Carmen is amazing very experienced and can really help you figure out your skin and what it may or may not need. The spa is very clean and with Covid they have been extremely cautious which is nice. My skin looks and feels amazing. It can be a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. She wants you to be happy with your experience and she takes caution with sensitive skin which made me feel comfortable with exploring things like a peel. I am very happy with my service here and will continue to go back!

I had the best facial I’ve ever gotten here! Weeks after my facial treatment I couldn’t believe how clear and smooth was skin was. My esthetician was Anitra and after only one session my skin was so smooth and clear. Makeup went on so much better. Anitra was so nice and professional, she explained what each treatment was for and helped me out with my skincare routine. I would recommend!

I had my first facial session with Carmen, she was extremely amazing. Excellent facial, its only been a couple of days and i have noticed a lot of changes to my skin. I will recommend her any day. She was very knowledgeable and gave good guidance to get my beautiful skin back. Thank you Carmen can't wait for my next session.
