From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff was very pleasant and greeted me immediately. The reception and waiting area was beautifully appointed without being excessively luxurious. I only waited a minute at most to be called back to the treatment area. Amy was exceptional as a provider taking time to really listen to my concerns and shared her thoughts honestly. I have had previous treatments at several other places over the course of many years and I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. I honestly felt this was the best aesthetic care I have ever received. Pricing seemed competitive to the Honolulu market and lower than my previous provider. OMGEEEEE, I am so lucky to have landed in Amy’s hands! I went in for lip injections and, well, let me tell you that I am 100% satisfied with the whole experience and everybody who works there is amazingly pleasant! Amy is very good at what she does and she’s just a little sweetie. I can’t say enough about what she has done for my confidence in my appearance and for that I am beyond thankful! I cannot express how happy I am with all of the services at Honolulu Med Spa. Chelsea is unbelievable. She takes such great care of clients and listens thoroughly. I have had numerous treatments from Chelsea and have been so pleased each time. As soon as I land in Honolulu, my first phone call is to HMS to book with Chelsea. The whole staff at HMS is top notch. Friendly, communicative and accommodating. Love this place ❤️

I'd been reluctant to get Sofwave done since I'd heard people say it was like a hot curling iron on the skin! But having the neck of a Shar-pei gave me courage. When I realized we weren't using numbing cream, I was going to hop off the chair and leave, but I trust and adore Amy! On a scale of 1-10, it was a solid 1and a half. It felt like getting extractions during a facial. Super glad I did it! Totally recommend!

If I could give this review 10 stars I would! I normally never get facials because I’m scared of breaking out afterwards but Averie listened to all my skin concerns and customized my facial to my skin needs. I highly enjoyed the diamond glow facial and was shocked on how smooth and glowy my face was right after the appointment was done. My skin was literally reflecting light!! After cleansing my face at home I notice such a big difference on my skin texture! It’s so smooth! I highly recommend seeing Averie. I’m also thinking about going back to buy gift cards for my friends and family so they can experience such a lovely service! Just in time for Christmas 😉
