Bonus Image Aesthetics APM LLC

I currently drive an hour to get laser hair removal by Ragan Owens at bonus image because of how great she is at her job! And there has been great progress! She makes you feel very comfortable, she takes her time and makes sure to get every spot needed! Not only is she very friendly but so is the other staff, Dr Susan and Breanne. I’ve seen nothing but great results coming out of bonus image aesthetics so i highly recommend visiting soon for anything you need done. 🙂

The girl that is responsible for scheduling appointments is here and there. She is very nice but she often does not answer or return phone calls or text messages. With that being said, when you do have the opportunity to schedule and go to Dr. Susan you will learn that she is very good at what she does. Another big pro is they use the aspire app which is wonderful & really makes the services affordable. Dr. Susan is a solid doctor, for sure recommended. There are a lot of negative reviews associated with Bonus Image Aesthetics but I can’t understand why (unless it is for scheduling complaints, which we have already discussed herein) I have been more than a handful of times and Dr. Susan Galudi is great.

First time to this office, and really walked out happy. I feel like my care was excellent by Ragan, and that my goals were addressed within my budget, with quality products. Its been hours since I put their lighter moisturizer on my dry hands and they are still soft! I recommend this business as one that cares, is professional and works with you to achieve and improvement!

Absolutely the most gentle & sweetest she makes me feel comfortable every time I visit this office for Botox and filler. She always makes sure you are numb to she will check to make sure you are good before sticking needles in your face and lips. She’s very reasonable on prices also and in a cute little office that’s super cozy. I always get in for appointments when I call as well I never have to wait weeks.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here, the Dr is so knowledgeable but also concise and clear about it. I’m so pleased with the way they have been able to improve my skin with no invasive procedures that other places had tried to push on me, insisting that a many thousands of dollars procedure would be the only thing that would work. The products at Bonus Image Asthetics are wonderful. Im so happy with the results from the combo of the products and the peel they recommended, it was everything I wanted! And I’d like to show the Dr who said I had to spend thousands to fix it, just how wrong they were, my skin is a living testament to that. BIA is the best, I appreciate that they don’t capitalize on ones vanity by up selling treatment you either don’t need or could do something just as effective for less $$. 🙏

My first experience was fast and down to earth honest..Which I like!! Very comfortable...Dr.Susan's work was exactly what I asked for..She makes you feel comfortable and talks you through every step...Ragan was very informative about my next visit..Which will be the exilis elite...I look forward to seeing the results from her work...Will update then!!!...So far I would definitely recommend!!!!

When I first visited for a consultation with Ragean she gave me a set price on how much I would have to pay for the ematrix. I went ahead and schedule to do the ematrix. So a week later I showed up for my appointment with my fiancée, went ahead and had the ematrix done for her to tell me it would be $100 more for the ematrix . When I asked why she said the "tips or heads" of them were more expensive this time when they ordered them . It was very disappointing and I felt like she lied to me . I would have been fine if she called me ahead of time of the appointment and told me it was gonna be more, than instead wait till after she's done with procedure to jump the price on me. Very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place.
