I went in for a breast consultation! The staff is so amazing, everyone was extremely kind. Dr. Hatef was great, he’s very educated and informative he made the entire process extremely comfortable and pleasant. I would 1000% recommend.

My experience was very good. I had my procedure at the Owensboro office and visited the Nashville office for a follow up appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful at both places. Dr. Hatef is fantastic. I felt completely safe and confident with his ability as a surgeon and he is also very attentive to his patients. I am not completely healed yet but at this point I am very satisfied with my results.

I recently had my first injection with Dr. Hatef and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everything was handled professionally and carefully. Dr. Hatef took the time to learn about me, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The results are exactly what I was hoping for - natural-looking and beautifully done. The office staff was also wonderful - friendly, accommodating, and efficient with scheduling. As a first-timer, I appreciated the gentle approach and attention to detail.

Dr. Hatef and his staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in the door until I left I was treated like royalty. And Dr. Hatef was so friendly, down to earth and honest. He’s in such high demand that he’s booking 6 mos out. I cannot testify to results yet as I’ve not had my procedure but if today’s experience is any indication of how it will go moving forward, then I’m really excited. I don’t like writing bad reviews of a business because no business is perfect but I feel I need to warn others that this could happen to their mother. I will go ahead and say that I purchased a gift certificate through a charity silent auction ($600 for 70 units of Botox). A lady in the Nashville office extended it past the deadline and I was grateful. I told her it was important that I bring my mom to a place where they didn’t make her feel like she would have to have a ton more work done besides the boxox. The woman assured me this wouldn’t happen. However, when we visited the Owensboro office I left wishing I had never purchased the certificate. The front office staff were stand offish and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. When we went in the room, the woman who performed the Botox was so condescending. She flat out told my mom she had deep wrinkles (we knew that) and she likely wouldn’t notice any change, but possibly after a few weeks. It was so bad. Nothing complimentary was said to my mom. My mom is 71 and gorgeous. We didn’t expect or want wrinkles to go completely away. We were just wanting a little shift but nothing major was expected to change. We wouldn’t have complained if she and I didn’t even notice a difference. But the woman made it clear she didn’t understand what we were doing there. I wouldn’t have believed how bad the treatment of my mom was had I not been there to witness it myself. She talked to me like my mom wasn’t sitting there. It was humiliating for the woman to dissect my moms face like it was too far gone and we were wasting our time. I wish she had just flat out said "you should use the credit for facials instead" or "just go home." We tried to be kind and friendly when we left. I was caught off guard to be asked about a tip and we did leave one. I wanted so badly for the visit to not be what it was. But I wish I had taken up for my mom and just left before she went through discomfort and had her self esteem negatively impacted. I learned a lesson today- I was reminded beauty is not about a smooth face. The most beautiful people are simply kind.
