As always, I received excellent care by a highly supportive staff. I am especially grateful to Zoe Baskin for her expertise, professionalism, and bedside manner. And to Shameka for going above and beyond in handling my biopsy results. They each deserve 5 stars.

Nice facility. Informative doctors. My BIGGEST issue is the lack of care when it comes to the patient’s time. Every time I’ve had an appointment I had to wait for 30+ minutes before being seen. It makes me think they care MORE about the amount of patients they can book in a day. The waiting room is always full, the schedule is always behind. When planning for your appointment clear your schedule for at least 2 hours. Half of the time will be waiting in the front room or an actually room.

I would like to express my deep concern regarding the unprofessional and unethical conduct I experienced with Dr. Woodruff’s team. When I first began seeing Dr. Woodruff, I was incredibly grateful to have a physician who quickly diagnosed my condition and established an effective treatment plan. I felt supported, respected, and encouraged. Today’s experience, however, was the complete opposite. After the tech brought me to the room, took my history, and left, I overheard my patient report being given just outside the door. During this discussion, one of the team members, though I could not identify who, made the statement "hemophilia or hypochondriac," followed by another comment suggesting that a mother-in-law should be "diagnosed with that." This was accompanied by laughter and casual joking. At no point did anyone correct, redirect, or shut down this inappropriate conversation. This behavior directly contradicts core principles of medical ethics, including: * Respect for Persons: Patients deserve to be spoken about with dignity, not used as subjects of jokes or ridicule. * Confidentiality: Discussing patient conditions loudly enough to be overheard violates a patient’s right to privacy. * Professionalism and Integrity: The AMA Code of Medical Ethics clearly states that physicians and their staff must maintain a professional environment that fosters trust, compassion, and respect. Mocking or belittling health conditions—whether real or perceived—undermines that obligation. * Nonmaleficence ("Do No Harm"): Creating an environment where a patient feels unsafe discussing symptoms directly harms the patient by delaying or compromising care. By the time the provider entered the room, I did not feel comfortable sharing my symptoms or trusting that my concerns would be taken seriously. I expressed my concerns directly to the provider and stated that, because of the team’s unethical and unprofessional behavior, I feel the need to seek a new dermatologist. This incident will cause a delay in my medical treatment, created emotional distress, and severely damaged my confidence in the facility. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable receiving care under this team.

Mr Marmalade

After being turned away from another dermatology clinic in Memphis, I was initially fearful of receiving steroid injection treatment due to my insurance not being covered at this clinic. However, they offered my treatment at an immense discount for paying out of pocket and I was totally surprised. I love my PA, Allison, and her team of wonderful nurses. Grateful for their help and highly recommend!

Never received a bill from them for my visit over 2 years ago, but got a summons to appear in court so they could garnish my wages for a $200 bill...I elected to pay it and it was over $500 with court costs and fees. Steer clear...

Everyone was very nice and helpful! Dr. Hubber was exceptionally good and very personable which is refreshing these days. Asia was great as well! Thank you all for making a rough day better.

The entire staff is always pleasant and friendly, whether it’s during a visit or when I call the office. I’ve had the occasion(s) to leave voicemails and/or emails and they respond in a very timely manner. Without a doubt, Dr. Huber is the best dermatologist that I’ve encountered since living in Memphis - his knowledge is impressionable, and he always takes the time to listen to any questions that you might have.
