I want to say a huge thank you to Seda 🤍 I’ve already had two treatments with her — we did a simple facial first and then dermaplaning and Diamond Glow — and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is amazing. Seda is incredibly attentive and such a true professional. At the same time, she works so delicately and gently — you feel completely safe in her hands. The atmosphere in her room is pure relaxation and coziness: soft music, dim lights, warmth… it feels like a reset not only for your skin, but for your nervous system too. She also helped me build a perfect daily skincare routine, and I’m genuinely happy with every single product. As someone with very reactive, sensitive skin, this means everything to me. I actually had to exchange one of the cleansers because my skin didn’t love it — and at Skin Spirit they made the process absolutely seamless. No questions, no stress, no issues. As an active Google Guide with almost 100 reviews, I rarely gave a 1-star review. However, I did now. We went to this place with my friend and her little 6-year old daughter for her consulting appointment. I left after spending time in the waiting room with them. At that time, my friend was being helped by a totally unprofessional female employee for her appointment. I thought her little 6-year old daughter would feel a bit more comfortable with a book, given the atmosphere. I went to the warmly welcoming Book Shop a few steps away, got a National Geographic for Kids for her to enjoy there. I came back to SkinSpirit to leave her the book and get out. The folks at the desk were nice. They told me my friend had already left. I giggled, I thought I missed her call. I left there to call my friend, she said she was inside, and her daughter was looking forward to enjoying her book. So I went back to drop her book at the door of this place. This particular long, black-haired lady literally jumped towards me somewhat screaming. She said they could not provide info on their clients etc. I was shocked. She was the one dealing with my friend when we all were inside, sitting at their waiting room. She knew I was with them. I was not asking for info. So I told my friend's name to leave my gift book to her. Apparently she was also very disturbing to my friend, especially being in front of her 6-year old girl. She was telling about this unlucky incident with strong hand and body gestures while my friend was just trying to leave. What a sad experience for our little princess.

If this is your first time trying Skin Spirit and you’re hesitant about a "chain" med spa vibe, I get it. I was too—turnover, sterile experiences, and not always the most relaxing atmosphere. That said, I will follow my favorite facialist anywhere she goes. I want to take a moment to shout out Seda, who is truly extraordinary. I followed her from Monastery (where I was a total devotee of her work and their skincare line) and tracked her down at Skin Spirit after she transitioned there. I just had the DiamondGlow Deluxe facial with her and friends… book immediately. I walked out feeling like I had a brand-new face. Seda now has a broader, high-tech toolkit, and it’s incredible to see what she can do with it. My skin went from dull, flaky, and tired to visibly smoother, brighter, and legitimately refreshed—like turning the clock back 10–15 years. What really sets her apart is that she brings a luxurious, spa-like calm that feels rare in med spas. The experience was both results-driven and deeply relaxing. I already booked my next appointment. I have very sensitive skin and I’m extremely picky when it comes to my face. After so many disappointing experiences in the past, it’s very hard for me to fully trust an esthetician! but Seda completely changed that for me. I had a Diamond Glow treatment with her and had zero reaction, which is huge for my skin. My face felt incredibly smooth right after, and a few days later it was still glowing and healthy. The whole experience was so relaxing, and Seda is truly professional, gentle, and kind! she makes you feel comfortable and confident the entire time. She also recommended after-care products tailored to my skin, and I’m honestly obsessed with them. I’m so happy I found her and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Seda if you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your skin.

Facial was amazing. The esthetician really understood my skin and what was needed. It felt amazing and quite relaxing. My skin feels much smoother now and she explained everything along the way so I feel better equipped to take care of my skin moving forward. Facial was 5 stars. The reason I’m giving 4 is that beyond the facial the place seemed to really push their products, upselling the treatment, and making sure to book the next one in advance. While I understand that is their business model, they put so much pressure on it that it took away from the experience. The products were $$$ and with the facial also being expensive, I felt like they were trying to double what I spent coming in. Would absolutely come back if there wasn’t that pressure.

I had a wonderful experience at SkinSpirit! The space felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. Seda was absolutely amazing! She did my facial and took such great care of me. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. Seda took the time to really understand my skin concerns and goals, and I appreciated how she explained every step of the treatment. I felt completely relaxed and confident in her expertise. My skin felt hydrated, refreshed, and glowing afterward! I also loved that Seda shared helpful skincare tips and product recommendations tailored to my skin type without being pushy. It’s clear she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients’ results. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, care, and real results, this is it. I’ll definitely be back to see Seda again!

Avoid if you value billing integrity. I provided a $100 referral discount at booking, which they ignored at checkout. When I reminded them at checkout, they said there wasn't one in my profile. This caused me to tip on an inflated bill that was $100 higher than it should have been. When I called to fix it, the staff was incredibly dismissive "we never offer referrals over $50 and you don't even have that." Even after admitting their error, management refused to refund the excess tip amount, effectively keeping money they weren't entitled to due to their own clerical mistake. They pretended it was impossible to refund from the credit card billing, "gratuities are optional and are paid directly to the provider for services rendered. Once processed, we are unable to reverse or refund gratuities." It is disappointing to see a high-end clinic profit off of "math errors" and then refuse to make it right.
