Jon Pruett, MD at Revival Dermatology

I have been using Dr Pruitt for many years as he has followed me for post melanoma skin cancer removal. He and his staff have always made it a pleasure during my follow-ups and he is thorough and knowledgeable. He recently spotted another lesion and it was indeed Melanoma again. It was caught so early that it was stage 0 and the treatment was just removal. Not sure you can ask any more from your Dermatologist.

I was wanting to come here and come see this doctor but I have a job that makes it hard for me to make my appointments. I told that to this lady that works here and tried to explain to her and she was very dismissive and had no empathy. She then still charged me a no show charge and sent to me collections. If she acts this way with me I can only image how the rest of the office handles their patients. I am glad I never did come here and this was just a sign.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The sign-up process was easy and fast. I also received a helpful esthetician consultation. Overall, I had a good experience with Dr. Pruett and Revival.

This is the best dermatologist you’ll find in Dallas!! Dr. Pruett is very knowledgeable. He will give it to you straight and not fumble around. I can tell that he really cares and wants the best for me. I completely trust him and I think you should too. 11/10 experience with Dr. Jon Pruett!!

Great guy! He helped me remove a wart, however, I was mis-billed by them. I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance stating that the maximum I would pay is $50, but they charged me $169. Trying to get my money back has been a hassle, and I’ve been told it would take a month. I don’t like being overcharged and waiting that long for a refund. Make sure they double-check the numbers at checkout.

Dr. Jon Pruett treated me for a mole removal and it was one of easiest procedures ever and the stitches were so well done i have very little scarring. Professional staff and the experience was great, even with all the cautionary and difficult procedures they have to take during COVID. Highly recommend him.

Amazing doctor. Kind, compassionate , and very thorough. I always show up with a list of issues and they are all resolved by the time the appointment is over. Plus Jon Is a saints fan. - The new office is beautiful as well. A++++
