We had a great experience at DTRC. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable, and we only waited about 10 minutes before being called back. The medical assistant was very friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. Dr. Radusky was wonderful—extremely personable, knowledgeable about the latest treatments, and took the time to really understand what was going on with my son. It’s so refreshing these days to find a doctor who asks thoughtful questions, explains things clearly, and develops a thorough follow-up plan. We left feeling confident and well cared for. I had such a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly, and both the physician assistant and the doctor were not only kind but also really knowledgeable about my skin concerns. I can't recommend this place enough!

They are liars When I called them to make an appointment, the representative over the phone told me that they accept the insurance. After visiting the doctor I was fully charged the co-pay, once I questioned, they told me here everything is out of pocket. Even doctor said, we don't accept insurance, I questioned, why your scheduler got my insurance and put on hold for a while and then said, yes we accept your insurance and your co-pay shouldn't be more than $25 but I end up paying them $300. I don't recommend the DTRC to anyone, they are literally scamming you.
