I had a wonderful experience. My visit was a full body scan and I was anxious about a new doctor. My doctor Maddi was amazing. She put me at easy as soon as she came into the room . She was very easy to talk to . She listened to all my concerns and treated them . I highly recommend this office . My appointment was on time ! Thank you.
The PAs are very nice, but all have different opinions on what's going on with my daughter. I asked to see a physician, because after all, PAs work under a physician and everything should be signed off by a physician. I was told today there are no doctors at that office and they work under the umbrella of a physician in California. That's unacceptable. That should be made very clear when you make an appointment.
Writing this on behalf of a close friend who has been a loyal patient here for years. She drove all the way to Mesa for her appointment and was turned away due to a new policy requiring a physical credit card on file. They refused to accept her card number and wouldn’t see her without the physical card. This policy wasn’t clearly communicated, and the lack of flexibility and empathy was really disappointing—especially for a long-time patient.
Full skin check & biopsy done 11/11. I assumed I was seeing a dermatologist, but the PA was nice enough. A phone message was left for me over two weeks later. I called back that day & every day after that & only got "your call cannot be answered". Finally, they called me back on 12/3, told me I have skin cancer. I have not seen the actual lab report. The caller said they would contact my insurance for a specific treatment to see if it was covered & have never heard back. I don't know if this place is legit or just a fly by night. They don't use their patient portal & phone calls are not answered. No urgency even after they give you the diagnosis of skin cancer.
I waited two months to get an appointment, only to be told that my insurance isn’t accepted. It’s really frustrating because they had two months to verify my coverage—and I even sent my insurance information a few days before my appointment. Such a disappointing waste of time, especially after being told they accepted my insurance. The only good thing is that the staff was friendly and nice throughout the process.
Went in for something pretty concerning in a pretty private area and of course they gave me two bombshells for nurses and an igloo for a room. Not a very comfortable experience, but I can't tell they do good work here
Same day appointment for a new patient! Taylee Steven’s was super nice, knowledgeable and informative!! Highly recommended!
