I have been seeing Serena for almost two years now! She is absolutely incredible at what she does! Each time she makes sure to evaluate my skin and help me determine what we need to do in order for my skin to look its best. There is truly no one like her, I cannot recommend her enough!

After 15 years with another esthetician, it took me forever to find someone who was as good as the last one. Serena was better! She listens to you and adjusts to your skins needs! I have super sensitive skin, but she leaves my face feeling amazing (never broke out or had any issues with her treatments ever)!

I absolutely recommend pure esthetics. I’ve suffered from acne during my teenage years. I’ve tried everything (facial, different products) including acutane. Because nothing worked during those years, I literally gave up on doing anything extra for my skin. I gave my skin a break. I used a basic gentle cleanser + toner + moisturizer. It worked. However, because I had years of acne, there were visible scars left on my face. I’ve been insecure about it for so long. My face is what I present to the world. Having scars on it definitely took a hit on my self-confidence. After years of not doing anything about the scars, I finally gave it another chance this year as one of my "self-care" to-do. I wasn’t really expecting much from it but the pure enjoyment of me-time (it’s my mechanism to avoid disappointment). HOWEVER, after just a few sessions with Serena, I’ve actually seen results (mainly my face is looking fresh and glowing) + I’ve gotten so much compliments about it. I do my sessions twice a week along with my eyelashes refill. What I love about Serena (owner of pure esthetics) is that she truly cares about you and your skin. She is passionate about it. She would literally text me for permission about a plan that she created (specifically for me - to lessen my acne scars) out of nowhere. That’s how you know that someone really wants to give you the results that you want. Every time I am at her studio, I feel super comfortable. Her space is so relaxing. She makes the sessions interesting. She is so knowledgable. She explains everything that she’s doing and why she’s doing it (facial-wise). And most of the time, honestly, I would just say, "Serena, I trust you". This is coming from someone who gave up on doing anything about my facial scars. Serena gave me hope. I know it’ll be a journey but my sessions with her are already worth it. Every session makes me feel like I’ve done something great for myself. It makes me feel beautiful, relaxed and refreshed.
