NexGen - Dr Yavari

I get nervous at the dentist, but after seeing their online reviews I was sold on trusting them with my teeth. Their assistant Irene was so friendly and the way she took the x-rays was so comfortable. I’m usually in pain, feeling sore from the X-rays taken at other dentistries but she was amazing! No pain or discomfort whatsoever! I came in for a consultation, and their dentist, Yavari, explained everything to me in the simplest of ways. I’m not a dentist by any means, so this eased my nerves & made me trust her more because I actually understood what was going on and what would need to be done for my treatment plan. I even had a moment to express my concerns with her & she answered everything with so much patience and care. Something I thought really set this dentistry apart from all other dentistries I’ve ever been to is that they actually ask if there’s ways to make your visit more comfortable. They offer blankets, dark sunglasses, music & they even have a tv screen on the ceiling playing a movie that you can watch while laying down as they work on you! The amount of attention to detail they have when it comes to customer service is setting the bar way up high. And even better, everyone in the front office was so nice too! I wish more dentistries put this much effort in making their clients this at ease since there’s so many people out there like me who get nervous about their dental care.

This is such an amazing dental office! Everyone is always super friendly and patient with our little one. He had his first big procedure and everyone involved was just amazing. I’m so glad we found such a caring team for our son's dental care. Thank you to Monica who went above and beyond today to make us feel comfortable. My child was scared of going to a dentist, but this dental clinic is just amazing. The staff is amazing. The doctor is amazing the toys they give out to the kids. The play area for the kids. It was the first time my baby was comfortable to go dentist and after going to five different clinics, that was the only clinic solved my daughter’s problem. Wonderful staff and the cleanest clinic ever! They love kids and know how to make them comfortable. Thank you guys!

This is a great group of people. Always very kind and they care about you having the best service. From the way the office is designed to the staffs punctuality. My kids and I never have any doubts or concerns about scheduling our next appointment. Because we know well be taken care of people who take great pride in their work!

I took my 1- and 3-year-old today, and the experience was amazing. Mariana one of the staff members was so patient, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way I could understand. They made my toddlers feel comfortable. As a mom, it means a lot to feel supported and not rushed. I’m very grateful for how kind they were with my kids — highly recommend!

These ladies were incredibly patient and kind while moving at my daughter's pace without rushing. They definitely made my daughter feel safe and comfortable with their communication style and their positive reinforcement. "Thank you for creating such an inclusive and supportive environment!"

This was my daughter first time coming here including myself and I have to say we both love the staffs and the place. We were greeted once we walked in. They have an area for kids so my daughter was able to play and they treated my daughter with kindness, gentle. Just overall the staff are sweet and caring for the patients and parents, also love the environment. I was really happy with this place and happy that I pick this place to take my daughter she just loved it, I will highly recommend this place to anyone.
