There is not another dentist I will let touch my mouth. I’ve had dental anxiety since my childhood due to a terrible experience. Dr. Krantz has managed to diminish those fears, every time I see him. He is the warm and fuzzy dentist everyone looks for. Furthermore, he is gentle, very explanatory before and during the treatment, and just overall has a wonderful personality and bedside manner. It’s clear he has a deep rooted passion for what he does. I appreciate him for that. His assistant was very funny and friendly and helped calm my nerves as well. And the office staff is also such a delight. Friendly, and happy to help with any questions or concerns. You don’t find this type of service where you have a 10/10 experience often. But you will here! Thank you Dr. Krantz and your team!

Best experience I’ve had with any dentist office, the whole staff was perfect in all aspects. Jolynn and others were very sweet and amazing to set me up with an appointment as fast as possible and fit me in a tight schedule when I had a retainer break. She also helped me with a great discount understanding my situation. Sarah was very professional and is a saint of a woman. She did her job the more thoroughly I’ve ever had the pleasure of witnessing. Sarah was helpful in many different aspects giving advice as well, even just life advice. Savanna was extremely sweet and patient with me and well as perfect at lining up my permanent retainer. Savanna is surgical with the work she does and was fast as can be, she works well under pressure. Dr. Lopez was a kind soul and took care of me with the nicest attitude I’ve seen. I will never go to any other dentist. The whole team deserves a raise. I am pleased with everything like you couldn’t believe. This is my authentic feeling and experience about this clinic.

Do not go here, it is a total waste of time. I have never had a bad dental checkup in my life. They said I needed a deep cleaning and wanted to charge me $ 687 after insurance. They refused to do the regular cleaning that my insurance pays for. This place is an absolute scam.

Edwin was the best Hygienist I have ever seen since moving to Texas 10 years ago. He focused on the positive while still emphasizing the importance of dental health. And he made sure there was never too much buildup of liquid by suctioning often. That may sound unimportant. But it made a dental cleaning much less uncomfortable. And it was actually a pleasant experience. Thank you Edwin.

I went here yesterday and was told I needed five molars extracted, a crown and other costly procedures, totaling nearly $5,000. They performed a "cold test" on one tooth and claimed I had lost all feeling, yet I did feel the cold during the test. The explanation I was given felt rushed and didn't add up. went to Lopez. While I was waiting (for over an hour and a half), I overheard staff talking about how they're "finally busy," and someone else responded, "good, because we need it." Hearing that, then being presented with such an extreme treatment plan, felt very suspicious. I go to the dentist at least once a year and my last visit was in January. Because the recommendations sounded off, I got a second opinion this morning. That dentist explained the cold test in detail, confirmed I still have sensation in the tooth, and told me I do not need five molar extractions or a crown right now, just monitoring, and possibly a root canal in the future. For just one cavity that appointment cost me $83 which is a godsend. This whole experience makes me strongly question whether unnecessary procedures are being pushed here. I highly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any expensive treatment plan from this office.

I hate going to the dentist, that’said, I found a dentist and technicians that I love! Intake was with Crystal who was very welcoming, then Savannah was exceptionally sweet and took great care of me, then Dr Lopez came in and she was also very sweet, they explained everything they were going to do to me and didn’t hurt me at all, as much as I hate going to the dentist, this was one of the most enjoyable 😁 I will definitely recommend you!

This is my most favorite place to go ! The staff at the front desk to the staff in the back are phenomenal! Edwin has crone my cleanings and he has made the dentist visits so comfortable ! I always leave very happy and in a way better mood due to how nice the staff is ! Normally i hate going to the dentist but they have always made that fear disappear each time i’m there ! Thank you all !!!!! 🙂
