Orange Tree Dental

I'm very disappointed with this office. I have been coming here since I was a child and have continued to bring my wife and children as patients. Dr. Collins has always been an amazing family dentist, and my children see Dr. Fangman. I have never experienced issues like this before. Recently, when calling to schedule appointments for my entire family, I was met with rude and sarcastic behavior from a staff member named Jennifer. I do not appreciate this level of unprofessionalism especially from an office I've been coming to my whole life. I asked to speak with a manager on two separate occasions, but each time I was told the manager was in a meeting or unavailable. This has been very inconvenient, especially during work hours, as I am taking time to call Orange Tree Dental to schedule care for my family. My family will not be returning to this office due to Jennifer's rude behavior. Front office staff should treat patients with kindness and respect, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. The front office could benefit from additional training to avoid driving long-term patients away.

I have been going to Dr. Collins for over 40 years. He gives the most painless shots. He is the best dentist in the world as far as I am concerned. He is very patient and kind. He knows everything and uses the best materials and procedures. You can trust him completely. He is reasonable on his prices. He is a Honorable man. His staff is very good and honest.

Dr. Fangman is amazing!! I cannot speak more highly of him. He has helped me so much. Always patient and understanding. I only gave 4 stars because the receptionists are beyond RUDE. I dont know if they hired new people but they have trouble making appointments and generally sound like they hate their lives. I hate calling here because they all have an attitude.

Highly recommend, without hesitation!! I absolutely love this place and am so thankful my friend referred me. I'd gladly drive 35-45 minutes, or longer, just to come here as they're so honest and kind. I've had some horrible dental office experiences before, but Dr. Collins and Dr. Fangman are exceptional and trustworthy doctors, and have a wonderful team here. I first came in for a consultation after another dentist in Chino did a horrible job on my build-ups and temporary crowns. Dr. Collins saw me, and he talked me through what my next steps were and really, really took his time to review my x-rays and to talk with me. I never felt like he was rushing. He had me scheduled to come back in with Dr. Fangman, as he wanted me to get my work done as soon as possible, and Dr. Collins was going on vacation. Dr. Fangman worked on 2 crowns for me. During the procedures, each day I came in, he communicated so clearly with me about everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I actually learned a lot from him. But considering I had really bad dental anxiety from previous poor experiences, not here! They're all so friendly, honest, authentic, and communicate so clearly with me, made me feel so at ease. I never felt like I needed any extra sedation and felt so comfortable with them. With that said, I am sure staff and doctors find it helpful to just know if you do have anxiety at dentists offices so they can even further make sure you have a good experience. The front receptionists and dental assistants, Kat and Stephanie I believe, were also very great and kind. Also made me feel welcomed there each time. My friend who referred me has been coming here for 20 years and also says nothing but good things about them. They don't seem to ever book themselves just to make more money nor recommend anything they don't feel you absolutely needed to be done. I feel like I can truly trust them with my health, never have to be anxious about another dental visit again, and feel they truly care about taking time with each patient. They're truly the best I've been to and I would never choose to go anywhere else.

I went in knowing that I had a cavity. He checked it and said it was fine. I went to see another dentist a month later and she said that the cavity was large enough that it would have been visible during the visit I had with Orange Tree Dental. My family doesn’t go anymore because I don’t trust them. Also, be careful because they do not accommodate the disabled if you have chronic issues.

Orange Tree Dental staff is amazing. I was greeted with a smile from Holly Ann who worked at the front desk. Then I had a cleaning done by Natalie. I didn't want to admit it to her but I haven't gone to a dentist in like 3 years. She was very gentle. Dr Collin came and checked my teeth. He answered the questions I had about if I needed braces or not. I will be going back in 6 months. Thank you.
