All the employees in the office are very nice an helpful. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental offices. But when I go there i am at ease they make it a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended. Great staff and Dentist!!!!

This place is amazing Dr. Choi said he could make my smile beautiful and teeth straight , he did just that😃. The ladies at the front desk very professional the ladies in the back very professional I'm seeing bad reviews and can't understand why? Tho I had issues with the extractions and had to go to my old dentist that was partially my fault. They called before my appointment and offered a earlier one never had a issue with communication with this office. I would definitely recommend them. I took a chance having my front four teeth removed and the outcome AMAZING I wish I could post pictures before and after.The cleaning process The best! my gums were not sore and my teeth feel great .Thanks a bunch awesome job

The dentist is absolutely amazing and makes me feel so comfortable during every visit. He’s The only dentist I trust after past bad experiences at other dental offices. Now, The issue? When I am seen by him and I’m dealing with any pain, I’m asked "what made you wait so long to address this?".. I’m not sure he’s aware that you can’t even call the office to make an appointment to see him due to the fact that nobody answers the phone. No matter what time you call. They opened an hour ago and I tried to call first thing in hopes that someone would answer but still nothing. I’m pretty sure nobody follows up on the Appointment request forms either.

I completely hate dentists ! I haven’t been to a dentist in 30 years and haven’t had my teeth cleaned in 30 years . I have had the worst experiences with dentist and now I’ve waited so long to get my teeth worked on I feel like that many dentist want to take on the task. I found one dentist. I want their five times in the past six months and they did nothing to my teeth until I found C & S family dentistry. It just had a calm, soothing vibe as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel comfortable. The two ladies that were at the front desk made me feel extremely comfortable and actually happy to be there. Then the lady that actually had the job of cleaning my teeth never complained never took time to herself just got to work again actually made me more calm because she was humming little songs that she was working, and did not start until she finished all my teeth . Then the dentist was called in to show me exactly where my cavities were, and what his plan of action was. The best experience I’ve ever had a dentist and I actually can’t wait to go back ! If you are scared of dentists like me, this is the best place you could ever go to . I thank you so much C & S family dental and keep up the good work.

My mother wears a cochlear aid. Most providers treat her like she is less than smart when in reality she is hard of hearing. I was super impressed on how patient they were with her, explaining everything with detail and also explaining to me the procedure needed to move forward. Kayla was amazing from the moment I called to make the actual appointment, from the moment she greeted us was a pleasant experience as well. The young lady is impeccable at her job. Bravo for the great service!

The staff is friendly, patient and professional! Dr. Choi is amazing!! I had an extraction done recently and didn't even feel any pain; plus, it healed really good. The place is pleasant and very clean. I am disabled and use a scooter but the staff treaated me with respect. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to— and I’ve been to a lot! Dr. Choi is really nice and professional. I had to have an extraction and was expecting it to be a whole to-do, but I was in and out in an hour, easy peasy. All around I’m impressed and highly recommend them. The clinic was also clean, and all the equipment they use is super high tech. I’ve never even seen an X-ray like they have, it was just amazing all around.
