I called to resolve an issue with my dental insurance and spoke with Tally. She told me the number on my card was for medical insurance. When I asked for clarification, she disconnected the call. I then called the same number back and confirmed that it was, in fact, the dental line. When I called again to relay this information, I was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude, as though I had done her job for her. I calmly informed her that her tone was inappropriate. She repeatedly interrupted me and attempted to dominate the conversation. When I continued speaking to explain the issue, she disconnected the call for a second time. Oh yeah, also she deleted my dental insurance cards so they aren't even on file anymore! Since then, I have been unable to reach the office. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Dr. Tumminia and her team are excellent. I had to have a crown replaced due to a cavity having to be filled under the crown. I had absolutely no pain during the procedure. Would highly recommend Dr. Tumminia for any dental procedure and maintenance.
