Just saw Dr Aliapoulious. He is an amazing dentist! His chairside manner for nervous patients is incredible. The practice is beautiful and super clean. The staff are very welcoming. In particular, Angela is a gem. She stayed w/me to make sure I was calm and comfortable. This is your dental practice!!

INCREDIBLE ! ~ The entire team has a lot of surprises because they support me like no other. But, the most amazing thing to me the way Dr. Begnoche applies critical thinking to help me determine my options for complex dental challenges.

After moving back to Boynton Beach from western county, I chose a different dentist and had numerous negative experiences with my family and myself. The last straw was when I was feeling pain. Fearing an infection, I called my (FORMER) dentist office and was told they could get me in the FOLLOWING week on a Thursday! No. A friend of mine has been a hygienist in Palm Beach County for over 20 years. When I asked her advice on who to see in my area, it was always hands down for Begnoche, Tumminia, and Klein. She had told me this earlier, and I should have listened. But since my insurance didn't cover it 100%, I took my chances with the other office. NOT a good idea! Although I had NEVER been to this office (Begnoche, Tumminia, Klein) before, when my own (FORMER!) dentist would not get me in for this possible emergency, I called Begnoche, Tumminia & Klein. Not only were they pleasant and amazing to deal with, they got me in THAT DAY!! A brand new patient, sitting in the chair on the same day as my phone call. And then he apologized to me that I had to wait for so long as they fit me in at the end of the day. I was amazed right from the start at the aesthetics of this ground floor large office in a brand new building, the friendly and helpful demeanor of the staff. Once I saw Dr Tumminia, I was astounded at the information that he gave me that no other dentist had ever shared before. And what a welcoming personality!! The office has all the cool stuff - where some of the much older practices in this county seem to be outdated, maybe not wanting to spend the money on the latest technologies. But everything here was awesome. The x-rays were explained well to me and I felt as though I had a very thorough exam. I set up my first appointment for a cleaning. I knew it was time to make the switch! Fast forward a few months later, the same issue (which was not an infection) came back. My teeth did not show a grinding pattern but Dr Tumminia had said it was possible that I was clamping down in my sleep, which could cause the pain that I went to see them about on my first visit. When I went back and this time saw Dr Begnoche, he was also absolutely amazing and also taught me things that I had never heard of before from any former dentist! He did not suspect infection and did some simple tests in the office to help rule that out that no one had ever done before (like a cold test). And instead of the "I don't know, you're on your own" type of attitude I have received from other doctors in the past, he gave me a few suggestions of people to see - such as starting with an ENT to rule out sinus issues, explaining that sometimes that could cause the symptoms that I was experiencing. I was so impressed with everything. And despite my being an emergency patient being fit in to their schedule both times, they were still very timely and thanked ME for being patient. I never felt rushed, no stone was left unturned. And both dentists brought up things that were seen in my x-rays that my FORMER dentist could see, but never investigated further (like a shadow on the top tooth - always been there, but they looked further to ensure there was nothing going on). My daughter and I both left the "other" practice and are now patients at Begnoche, Tumminia and Klein. Our first scheduled check-ups and cleanings went as well as anyone could ever expect. The hygienists were amazing. I am SO happy that I knew someone "in the know" to guide me to this wonderful office. Thank you to all for such a positive dental experience!! Tova Hooper

The entire staff is amazing, but I have to give a special shout out to Patty and Dr. Begnoche. Patty is the best dental hygienist! She is thorough, knowledgeable, answers all of my questions, and most importantly makes going to the dentist easy and comfortable. Dr. Begnoche is also amazing and honestly makes me feel more like a family member than a customer. I’ve been going here for several years and would never think about getting my teeth taken care of anywhere else!

Our family has been clients of Dr Begnoche for ~10 years. He is not only an EXCEPTIONAL DENTIST but a GREAT, kind, person with a big heart and genuinely cares about people. His staff remains the same (low employee turnover) because of the environment and morale of the practice. They know our family, they understand our situation, and they have watched us learn and grow, as we have done with their practice. Congrats to the purchase of this BEAUTIFUL building I sit in as I type this review, waiting for my son to be seen during COVID-19. Lovely to see you guys step up from your humble office into this great space. But what we really care as patients is the love, care, and honesty you provide to us as we sit in your chair.
