Wow! Dr. Gomez is probably the best general dentist I have ever been to and she is so attentive and gentle. Her office is small and personal. I never have to wait and I never feel rushed. She explains everything and is just kind and patient! Her team is outstanding and very responsive. So happy Dr. Gomez decided to return to her hometown and take care of the locals in Santa Fe!!! Thank you!!

Dr. Jacqueline Gómez-Bartek, front staff has been very unprofessional. Since my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Gomez, she’s had at least 4 new ladies assigned at the front desk, to make appointments. Guess Dr. Gomez doesn’t pay them very well, since these ladies claim to have called us to cancel our dental cleaning appointment. When my husband requested that Dr. Gomez call, to talk to her, she texted him and cancelled us out completely. Very unprofessional of her to do that without giving my husband the chance to explain and ask why our appointments were cancelled and actually scheduled him for a cleaning 8 months from now/June 2020. Her staff was never threatened in any way or form, just because we demanded to know why we couldn’t be seen any sooner, Dr. Gomez completely dropped us like hot potatoes as her patients. The parking at Dr. Gomez, is as horrible as she is.

Very unprofessional. They cancel appointments the day of an appointment and then state that they aren't taking new patients. My family and I have not had good experiences here. Location/building/parking need to be updated. Would not recommend this dentist and/or location.

I like that this dental office is about prevention rather than just taking care of things once they cost a lot of money. Great staff.
