We could not be happier with Dr Chelian and his staff. They are so professional and responsive, and their service is exceptional. I have two kids in braces now, and we specifically went with Dr Chelian for his knowledge and strategy. Pricing was equal if not competitive to what we were quoted at our own dentist/ortho, but Dr Chelian offered a much friendlier payment plan over the course of treatment. 100% recommend!

Fixed my smile and confidence completely. Fixing my teeth took my jaw pain away which also took my migraines away. So kind and caring and put the patients comfort first always. By far the best dental work I have ever had, always going to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

So I picked Chilean Orthodontist from the reviews and proximity to my home. I have a huge distain for anyone touch my mouth. However the young lady Rachel (im pretty sure that is her name) was very patient with me. It made me more comfortable to be there and she made the overall experience stress free. I was going to see prices of other Orthodontist in the area, but I had decided on going with this place based on my intake visit. Good job.

After 3 long years of Invisalign treatment, I’m left with teeth that are "good enough". I was told this on many occasions. I had refinements done, teeth looked beautiful but both times my molars were "settling" two of my teeth moved and my concern was dismissed. The doctor never even looked at my teeth inside of my aligners to see they had moved, acted like he didn’t know how they would have moved if those teeth were within the aligners, said me either! My treatment was supposed to have me wearing elastics and that never happened, not even addressed. I was met with an attitude multiple times, there is high employee turnover and I always felt as though the person helping me didn’t know what they were doing, Constantly asking other techs for help. Doctor spends minimal time with patients and dismissed any concerns I had on multiple occasions. Seemed annoyed anytime. So after spending over $5000 I can still see my crooked tooth from across the room in a mirror and have a huge space between one, not to mention many of them are spaced out, my dentist is not happy with my results, neither am I. At this point complaining will do nothing, as I believe I would be put on the same cycle of a refinement and then tooth settling which for some reason makes all my teeth move. My retainer seems loose on one side and I’m so done with this I’m just going to ignore it because I refuse to deal with them again, I just wanted out! This office is also only led by one doctor and he splits his time between two offices so if you have to reschedule or miss an appointment you have to wait many weeks to get in and I cannot say that didn’t affect my treatment. I went in asking for traditional braces and got convinced to do Invisalign. I wish I went elsewhere.

We visited Dr. Chelian for my son (10 years old). Dr. Chelian was very thorough with explaining us the path forward and answered all our questions. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is very clean. Plenty of parking in the building.

Dr. Chelian, Doug and the entire team were instrumental in the overall success of my orthodontic experience. I am thrilled with the end result - a beautiful symmetrical smile. Thank you!
