Miami Beach Smiles

This was my first visit to Miami Beach Smiles. I am a new customer. The overall experience exceeding my expectations. The team was professional and friendly. The name of my hygienist was Mario and truly this was one of the best cleanings I have EVER had. The dentist was Dr. Gaertner, DMD and he made me feel extremely confident that I was in good hands.

I sing the praises of Dr Tommy Gaertner! I first met him when my front veneer chipped, which was an emergency situation. I hadn’t found a Dentist here South Beach that I vibed with, so I asked people in my yoga studio who could fix it. One woman highly recommended Dr Gaertner. He was impressive and made me feel very trusting, telling me he loved doing crown/veneers. It turned out perfect. He connects personally yet has a very professional no nonsense style that I really love. I’ve been going to him many years now, and I look forward to sitting in his chair!

We had an excellent experience at Miami Beach Smiles. The entire staff is very welcoming and highly experienced. Dr. Perez in an amazing dentist highly recommended. He has done an outstanding job for my spouse Bernadette with quite complex procedures regarding extraction, bone grafts, and implants.

Dr. Gaertner is a great dentist and does an excellent job putting me at ease during procedures by walking me through all the steps and explaining things carefully. I also had the best cleaning by Mario in years! Mario was very gentle and meticulous in his cleaning and had great finesse.

I recently had some dental work done with Dr. Roymar Perez, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. In the past, I’ve had some difficult dental experiences, but Dr. Perez made the entire process easy, comfortable and completely painless-free. The level of care, skills, and professionalism was outstanding, and the results are excellent. I am so grateful to have found a dentist that I can truly highly recommend! Also, I want to thank his assistants for the kindness, patience and making me feel at ease throughout the process. Thank you Dr.Perez and team for the great work!

Mario was in charge of my teeth cleaning today, and I am extremely satisfied! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to share proper cleaning techniques and oral care advice. I really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my oral health remains great.

Dr. Gardner saved me today by expertly removing a sharp lodged piece of food that had caused an infection. So grateful to him. He is also my regular dentist for the everyday stuff too! He’s great!
