Aspen Dental - Spokane Valley, WA

My daughter, took me to the Aspen Clinic for ex rays and implants. The receptionist Brooke greeted us, made us feel welcomed. Dr.Rajeev made me feel welcomed, he talked to me and reassured me about the surgery, I felt comfort in his knowledge about all the procedure. Dr. was very amazing and confident throughout the procedure, I would recommend him very highly to anyone. Kaylee the young lady that gave me my first ex-ray was very helpful, kind and very accommodating. Kiersten the dental assistant helped with my surgery and was very helpful, she was there with me every step of the way made sure I was ok and comfortable she was amazing. The regional manager of operations Marissa Ortiz was very accommodating, she recommended this office highly recommended the doctor and the staff. And reassured us. Very satisfied with the staff.and Dr. highly recommend them to anyone.

Went with my mom to see about getting dental implants. We were greeted very professionally and compassionately by the receptionist Brooke. After receiving x-rays by Kaylee she was very understanding of our needs. Dr. Rajeev soft and kind demeanor was calming and helped settle down my mom’s apprehensions and made her feel very comfortable in her decision. The Regional Manager of operations Marissa was very professional and answered many questions, reassured us we were in the right place and making the right decision We appreciate the ease and comfort Aspen and staff were able to provide. Thank You UPDATE: The process of receiving the implants was very smooth. She received four on the top and two on the bottom. Dental Assistant Kiersten was very knowledgeable and helpful with the preparations. Dr. Rajeev was very confident and reassured us the process went great and as expected. The Aspen staff were all very kind and compassionate. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend "not-so-recently" broke a couple of lower back teeth, they caused severe swelling and pain. He didn't have a current dentist and was stuck with trying to find a dentist to take him as a walk-in. Aspen was incredibly helpful. He was able to make an appt. online and waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Kaylee (the dental assistant) and Dr. Rajeev were amazingly helpful getting him assessed. The financial office then provided very reasonable options for discounts/financial aid/planning. It was near closing time for them, so we scheduled to come back a couple of days later, when Dr. Rajeev stated that "he shouldn't keep suffering through this" and got Kaylee to prep the room to do it immediately. The procedure went quickly and smoothly with plenty of encouragement and support throughout the ordeal. I can not thank them enough for going above and beyond to help with such sympathy in the moment we were in the most need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently had a consultation for denture implants at the Spokane Valley Aspen Dental and was very impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff—especially the front desk and the imaging techs—were professional and welcoming. The doctor took the time to explain the implant process using the 3D scans, which made me feel much more confident about the procedure. I left with a clear, itemized treatment plan and felt that the team really listened to my goals. Great first experience

I'd recently had my first visit at Aspen Dental at the Spokane Valley branch and it was the best experience I've had at a Dental office. From the front desk, to the X-Ray Tech, to the Dental Hygienist, to the Doctor was nothing short of amazing. Everyone one of them was kind and answered all my questions throughly. As many, I suffer with anxiety and fear of the dentist. As well as judgment and ridicule. They had zero judgment and treated me with the up most respect. I'm looking forward to my journey with Aspen Dental on getting back to tip top shape. Thank you to everyone there!

UPDATE: We are currently back in the ER where my husband is getting emergency surgery. This has been hell all because they failed to do their job properly. Brittany at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and could have helped us but decided not to. Hopefully no one else has to go through this horrible experience. I am completely disgusted by the professionalism of this place. Brittany at the front desk was extremely rude on the phone and in person when my husband had an infection from his tooth. They had already done his extraction and 2 days later his face had swollen up to the size of a softball. He went in to get stronger antibiotics, completely defeated, and Brittany thought putting decorations up with her daughter was more important than listening to what he had to say. She gave us the wrong information about the doctor twice, told us she would contact us and never did. When I called back she was extremely condescending and rude. We are now currently in the ER with the infection they were no help with, but at least their office looks nice! Bringing your kid to work shouldn't be the priority over customers Brittany.

This was my first Aspen Dental experience ever. I had a very tough challenge with failed inserts from another provider. The team at Aspen was like a Formula One pit crew and not only got me back on track in record time, but the results were beyond what I expected. Honestly, this was a world-class customer experience for me. Thank you, Aspen!
