Smile Doctors: Brian P. Danielewicz, DDS

Office doesn’t listen to calls. Specifically asked for a dentist Dr Stephen Wilding when I called- that was on my provider’s list. I even asked if it was the correct number. Explained I was having trouble finding a dentist on my plan. They assured me they accepted my insurance. Waited to get in for my appointment. Showed up. Different dentists at this office- Didn’t accept my insurance. Scheduled a busy week around this appointment. Pissed me off so sorry- I had to leave a poor review. But make sure your new patient bookings are handled better for people in the future.

Dr. Holden WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! Very conversational, great in explaining everything he’s doing and what’s best for you and your teeth. Matzi was A GREAT assistant as well, both individuals made sure I was comfortable!!

Dr. Dan is fantastic! He really cares about his patients, and we really care about him. He makes the best decision that won't price gouge our pockets and for that alone, I am forever customer. Heather is so friendly and helpful! I am disabled, so I can only see him in Kenosha and have had to cancel a few times. She is always very pleasant and understanding and ready to help me get in the following Wednesday. I am so thankful for her. The whole office is great. You can't go wrong here, and he's from Chicago, what else would you expect? 😁

In the past 20 years or so, healthcare and dentistry has become impersonal and as a result office visits aren’t as friendly and sometimes humorous as they use to be. Since becoming a patient it is refreshing to enjoy good conversations with Dr. Dan and his staff. Especially since he "jumped" ship and is a member of one those "other" services. the reality is we are doing the same job and took the same oath, to protect our country. Michael K Hogan

RUUUUUNNNNNN. If I could give a zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Broken surgical chairs, equipment old. Doctor doesn’t come and actually do an exam, I had a question and had to ask him to come and see me. They did a deep cleaning and the staff did not know how to numb or what numbing agent was to be used. Not very cohesive staff, not friendly, not welcoming environment. It seemed like a Texas chainsaw operation - old and worn out equipment, etc. I had my new dentist office call them to get my records and they would not call them back. HORRIBLE. Please go someplace else, your mouth and teeth deserve it. All those reviews that gave them a 5 stars must be fake or they had friends and family wrote them. Shameful!

Dr. Danielewicz is very patient, and really good at answering questions. He took the time with me to address all my concerns. I was in a lot of pain from an extraction done by another dentist, and very worried about continuing with planned procedures. When I left, we had a plan for dealing with infection, pain, and the next steps in my care. I have complete confidence that all will now go well. (I also will not be terrified on my next visit:)

The only dentist I will go to he is amazing!!! I have had a life long fear of dentists and he was so gentle and caring I recommend him to anyone.
