Dental Associates - Green Bay

I'm reviewing the interior. Needs a renovation. I've been to multiple DAs over the years and this one is aged. I even talked to the hygienist and she said they are trying to get renovations but all they got was a painted wall. The wall paper IS PEELING off the walls. The chairs are all wrinkled. And I'm sure other work is needed on the dental equipment. What is the disgusting stuff with the light The staff is very pleasant.

For the last couple of years, I have only been able to get one cleaning scheduled for the year and it's way to far out that I won't guarantee I can make it. Even with calling monthly I can't get in. *Update: one the customer service reps was able to get me two appointments book this year, six months apart! Thank goodness, because looking for other dental clinics and insurance is not fun. Glad to remain a customer with them!

I had a terrible experience with doctor Marie Cineus who removed my wisdom teeth. She was not personable, spoke with a demanding tone, and did not attempt to calm me in any way after I told her I was very nervous. I honestly felt uncomfortable with her doing my surgery as did my mom who was in the room with me. When my mom left, she was not very kind to the other staff helping either. They then forgot to call in my pain medication prescription and when we went to Walgreens to pick it up they informed us it had never been called in. I would definitely NEVER go back here and would not recommend this doctor. I will say the front desk associate who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

Being a dentist phobe my whole life, (I am 75 years old), I found that I actually enjoyed my visits here. EVERYONE, from the techs, the oral higentist, to the dentist herself were so very good at making me feel comfortable that my anxiety just melted away. They all listened and responded in such a positive and friendly way that I completely forgot to be scared. 10 stars out of 5. Thank you all, very very very much.

I highly suggest dental associates of Green Bay being in my 60s, I have a lot of experience in dental offices. In the past year, I have had a crown replacement, a bridge and of course cavities attended to!!! A dental office is Never a fun place to be, however, Dr. Mark A. Malinowski and his team are very professional. They informed me of my treatment options, cost, and I was seen in a timely manner. I refer to them as my "A Team" for dental care! I have recommended them to my family and friends!!!- Thanks Linda DeKeyser

Jeniffer R. is a fantastic hygienist, my first appointment with her was more than a routine cleaning for me - she was the first hygienist in 30 years to pay attention to my medical history/prescription list and link it to my declining oral health despite doing everything right at home. Over the course of 10 years, my medications caused dry mouth and it’s gone unnoticed by previous providers. Jeniffer steered me in the right direction for things to try and add to my at home care routine. And continues to do so every time I see her.

Dental Hygienist Emily is the best!!!! She is so thorough, compassionate, and hard working. I had my first dental cleaning in over 4 years and was initially hesitant to keep my appointment in fear of being judged. Emily showed so much respect and gave me recommendations on questions I had. You can tell she is very knowledgeable, takes pride in her work, and care about her clients. She consistently took small breaks in between my cleaning to make sure I was doing okay. She took her time to thoroughly get my teeth cleaned. I am so happy with my experience (from 12/10/2024) and will now be following through with my 6-month dental cleanings because my teeth now feel better than they ever had! Thank you SO much to Emily for being such a great person!! Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.
