Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful. People should never go to this place. The staff is extremely unprofessional and clearly does not know what they are doing. I paid $4,795 for a dental bridge because I was told it was necessary due to issues with my teeth. When I went back to the office to explain that the work was not done properly and I was unhappy with the results, the staff began yelling and cursing at me. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they told me that if I wanted the bridge redone, I would have to pay the full amount again, which I refused. I was basically told that I would just have to live with their poor work. They expect patients to leave good reviews, but the way they treat people is the complete opposite of professional. On top of that, my wife had an appointment scheduled for a deep cleaning. She was required to pay in advance just to schedule the appointment. On the day of her appointment, she arrived 15 minutes late, but she still showed up. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining their policy, she yelled and screamed at my wife. They refused to see her, told her she would need to reschedule, and demanded that she pay another fee, while also refusing to refund the money already paid. When my wife asked to see the written office policy stating that patients lose their payment if they are late, the staff would not provide it. They kept repeating that it was "office policy" without showing any proof. Things escalated unnecessarily, and the receptionist called the police and had my wife trespassed, simply because she questioned their policy and was unhappy with the way she was being treated. This office has no customer service skills, no professionalism, and no respect for patients. The staff is rude, dishonest, and poorly trained in how to deal with people. The way we were treated was humiliating and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a dental office, and I believe this practice seriously needs to be investigated.

I give it a zero grade because I phoned and made it clear that I need it a full mouth gum cleaning appointment for the same day plus the doctor's visit. I had an appointment in September I had to reschedule cuz my mom went to the hospital and I had the appointment now in December 3rd. When I got there they said they could only do half my mouth gum cleaning and I have to come back another day which I wasn't going to do because I called and I made it clear I don't want to do a two-day visit. Plus the price is twice as much more money out of pocket then I paid last time when I went to get my gums clean at the pompano Beach location. My doctor Gabriella did an excellent job she did a lot of work on my mouth at the pompano Beach office and I was very happy with her but ever since she's left everyone else has not been able to help me so now I have to find a new dental office because dental team doesn't seem to want to service me properly. I am very Good at communicating my appointments and what I expect, I do so in order to avoid any confusion when I arrive. But somehow The office claims they don't have that communication from me which is wrong because I do communicate over for my desires, my appointment times and my expectations during my appointment times. It was a horrible experience, I wasted my time going to the office and having no work done, but they want to do x-rays cuz they can charge for it but not do any other work that I expected. Very disappointing. I rate the whole experience negative zero

I went for my 6 month cleaning. The young woman was gentle but thorough. She also recommended a water tooth cleaner that was less money than water pic , she went the extra mile. Always a good experience at the Dental Team Pompano. More recently I had a root canal caused by under the gum cavity. Dr Bennet saved the tooth. I used to dread going to the Dentist but Dr Bennett and the staff at the Dental team have taken that fear away. Almost painless dentistry.

I have been coming to the Dental team for 10 years now and have always received excellent care all around. From the Front desk through the Hygienist and the Doctor. Very happy there...well as one can be happy about needing dental service:) Thank you to the team!!👌😊🦷

Everyone at this location is friendly and sweet. The receptionist the manager the hygienist the dentist are great at their jobs and always want to help

Not many people like the dentist but I found one in Pompano by my house. This team that consists of Roxanne the hygienist who is really thorough and explaining everything going on and Dr. Stephanie Alonzo went over everything and took the best standards for what treatment I needed. The girls in the front Samantha, Lynn, and Kisha the manager were super patient with me while figuring out a treatment plan. I will be back to do my treatments and the place was super clean and bright. Thanks everyone!

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The doctor and his staff are amazing
