Dr. Santana is one of the best Dentists that I've come across. His crew is one of the best. The women are beautiful, kind and know what they're doing. I wouldn't want to ever go anywhere else. God bless the girls and Dr. Santana!

I went to this dentist to fix cosmetic work that had previously been done poorly, and I was assured he could correct it. Instead, I was left with multicolored veneers that don’t match the rest of my teeth. After spending more time and money trying to fix an already stressful situation, I’m extremely disappointed with the result. I would recommend others proceed with caution when considering cosmetic work here.

Woke up with severe mouth pain and called this office and they got me in right away. They diagnosed the issue and removed my wisdom tooth the same day. Super professional, caring, and focused on relieving my pain. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dentist.

Highly recommend Dr. Santana!!! I had an accident and broke my front tooth, I called a friend and he referred me to Dr. Santana, I called the office and immediately got an appointment same day as an emergency. Dr. Santana and staff were very caring and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Santana explained to me in detail the procedure of an Implant. I had the Implant placed with no pain. I thought I was never going to smile again. Thank you Dr. Santana and staff for taking care of me and solving my problem. You are the best !!!!

01.13.2026 tThe process of getting my refund is still ongoing. It is a matter of principle to make sure people are not fooled by unprofessional businesses that only care about a few dollars and forget that they are there to actually provide real health care and relief. I have reported this doctor to the health board. He is so desperate for a few dollars that he questioned my visit to another dentist. His latest defense was that professionals (dentists) place a crown first and then see if there are any issues underneath the tooth. In my case, placing the new crown was the most important thing for him, just to collect money. This was his defense with the Better Business Bureau, which is just pathetic. I am not sure where this guy studied to get his degree or how he even became a doctor. Please stay away from his practice. Update to my previous post , I was in so much pain last week so I had to take action and see another Dentist- After Dr. Santana's work, I was forced to see another dentist to determine the true cause of my pain. An X-ray taken on November 22, 2026, at another dental office revealed significant decay and damage inside and underneath the tooth, near the root and nerve--damage that Dr. Santana completely missed. I subsequently underwent a two-hour oral surgery . If Dr. Santana had properly diagnosed the issue or referred me to a specialist, I would not have had to pay twice for the same tooth or endure nearly six months of continuous pain. The untreated infection and decay were severe enough to pose a risk of spreading to my bloodstream--a dangerous situation that could have been prevented. Please do not go to this doctor unless you only need a simple cleaning—avoid this place otherwise! Although the staff and customer service are good, the doctor himself is not. He ignored my pain from the very beginning; his only concern seemed to be selling a new crown. During the treatment, I experienced worsening pain after each visit, but he kept assuring me that I would feel fine once the work was finished—yet that never happened. On my last visit, he finally suggested that I see an endodontist for a root canal, which could have been done from the start, sparing me all the pain and unnecessary procedures. This is a reply to Dr. Santana's comment: I have sought help and relief from the beginning of my visits to your establishment. At every step and during each session, I asked for a remedy for my continuous pain. I trusted that your work would correct this, but it did not. During my last visit, you advised me to seek help elsewhere, which I must do, as I am suffering daily. Therefore, I no longer feel confident returning to your office. I need to see another professional because I have been taking daily painkillers for several months to manage an issue that was ignored. If you want to make things right, please refund the amount I paid via credit card. This would be the proper course of action and would allow me to close this chapter.

My orthodontist recommended me to Dr. David and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the office is clean, modern, and well-organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist! Review from Jayne.
