If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. Terrible service. Claiming I have cavities and when I went for a second opinion, I have no cavities. Another thing, they tried charging me $25 for an appointment I never even made or attended to. I only went once in February and it’s such a terrible service. And they claimed I went to an appointment in August. They are falsely stating that I attended a dental appointment I never made or attended. I’m beyond upset. This place is trying to steal your money and insurance money. Because they tried doing this to my mom too. Any dental place in Hialeah are scammers, go anywhere that’s not Hialeah, you’ll have honest doctors and clerks working on your case.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Kudos to Dr. Romero for accommodating me at the last minute during the holiday season. Truly appreciated.

The staff thoroughly explained my treatment plan and scheduled all my follow-up appointments with ease. They also honored my appointment time, which I greatly appreciate. The clinic failed to properly communicate with my insurance provider regarding covered and deductible amounts and therefore provided an inaccurate cost estimate. The actual bill was substantially higher than what was originally quoted. This constitutes misleading and inaccurate information, which caused me financial harm.

My mother is a patient here and has been completely satisfied with the service they have provided. She is 84 and has had all her dental needs attended to with the upmost care. Both the staff and dentists are very professional. I highly recommend them.
