After my first appointment here, for the first time in my life, I actually looked forward to going to the dentist. From quality of work to patient experience, Artisan is the best I've ever seen. Years later I still feel the same way. Their office is also consistently exceptionally clean, so clean that it stands out to me every time I go.

My 3 yr old son just had his first dentist check-up and it was the best experience! Everyone there is fantastic. He is so excited to keep brushing his teeth at home so he can so them off again next time! You guys have helped me so much with my own teeth, and now you have helped my son have a great first experience. We will forever be loyal customers! Thanks so much!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Dayal highly enough. She is exceptional at what she does...both highly skilled and genuinely kind. She listens carefully, takes every concern seriously, and approaches her work with precision and efficiency. The quality of her care is truly flawless. At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. A perfect experience in every sense....100,000/10.

They move quickly, which can be beneficial, but moved so quickly and didn't do enough follow up work with me that they ignored a case of osteomyelitis, which wasn't caught for another two months. Provided misleading information in follow ups - I'm sure they're fine for a cleaning but the oversight could have wound up very bad (as it was, I wound up needing emergency surgery)

Great experience from scheduling to intake forms to my first visit. Nice facilities, super friendly staff. Gentle and professional. Definitely recommend! I appreciated their focus on health and their staff helping me understand and use my insurance benefits!

Wonderful staff and knowledgeable dentists and hygienists who care about their patients. Our family has received great dental care from Artisan over the past seven years.

Went in today for a cleaning and they told me I had 7 cavities and gave me an estimate of ~1.4K even though I have delta dental and should def be in network. I decided to get a second opinion as my mom works in a dental office in Illinois which is where my previous provider was before moving to Madison. Never have I ever not even as a kid have had that many cavities. Total scam. As I read reviews I see that this place is notorious for botching fillings. Decided to cancel all my upcoming appts and revisit my childhood dentist even if that means driving 2 hours to Chicago. Will not be going again.
