There the best at this location. I refer everyone I know here. They take their time with making sure your in top shape. And always ask if your alright throughout the procedure and make it tailored to your own personal experience. I wouldn't change my dentist for anything.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is, without question, the worst dental office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I’ve been going to Western Dental since I was a kid, and this Garden Grove location somehow manages to be the most chaotic, unprofessional, money-obsessed disaster imaginable. They don’t care about patients—just what they can squeeze out of your insurance. From day one, they were aggressively shoving braces at me. Every visit felt like I was being hunted down by sales reps instead of helped by dental professionals. Letty was especially pushy, practically begging me to agree to braces like she was earning commission. Absolutely ridiculous.They slapped braces on my top teeth and THEN—only after that—suddenly revealed that I had a whole list of cavities they never bothered to mention beforehand. How do you miss that?? The front desk was a circus. I scheduled filling appointments a month in advance, only to show up and be told they "accidentally" booked me with ortho and couldn’t see me. So I wasted my time for nothing. Then the "treatment plan" became one of the biggest jokes I’ve ever experienced. One month: ONE filling. Next month: ONE filling. Why? Who knows. They never explained anything. It’s like they were dragging it out on purpose. They never finished ANYTHING—only did the top half of my mouth and still threw braces on like everything was good to go. The bottom teeth? Never touched. My insurance was expiring, and I begged them to do more than one filling every two months. They didn’t care. Once my insurance dropped me, I had no coverage and no progress. Meanwhile, I had top braces on for over a YEAR, paying $146 every month for absolutely nothing, and they still refused to let me out of the contract. Then I moved to the Bay Area—surprise, surprise—NO other Western Dental location had "room" to take my transfer. This company feels like it's crumbling apart from the inside and taking patients down with it. And the appointment cancellations? Constant. Half the time they didn’t bother to tell me. They’d just move my appointment to the next day like I don’t have a life or a job. The disrespect is unreal. But here’s the part that pushed me over the edge: When I ended my contract, I later found out that Letty never submitted the claim to finalize it. So what happened? Western Dental sent my account to COLLECTIONS, claiming I still owed money for braces I wasn’t even wearing anymore. I had debt collectors calling me every single day because THEY screwed up. When I called Western Dental to fix THEIR mistake, they literally said: "Sorry, can’t do anything. Letty is on vacation." Oh, perfect. My credit gets torched, but hey—glad she’s enjoying her time off. I wasted THOUSANDS for nothing. They ended up taking the braces off without completing any real treatment. Why did they push braces on me when they knew I had untreated issues from the start? Because it’s all about money. That’s it. That’s the whole story with this place. Avoid this location like your sanity depends on it. They are going bankrupt.

Not the best experience, I’m sad and disappointed that my last visit was not that great too much miscommunication and rudeness, I come here for a long time but now this visit was awful they didn’t do really anything to make up for the worst experience of my visit. Here to also add that there is a male staff there that has super jittery hands. He ended up injuring my lip. And eventually the swelling went down. I complained to the manager, but I’ll she said was oh I’ll talk to him. Which is short for they’re not gonna do anything. Did not get any type of compensation for my time, wasted in my horrible experience. Plus my most recent visit Roxanna has heavy, bad attitude. I lost Hope at this point.

What followed was a DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL experience: BROKEN PROMISES: Despite assurances of a same-day temporary bridge or similar, they extracted his teeth and provided NO temporary solution. LACK OF SUPPORT: After the initial procedure, staff were unhelpful and dismissive. →Financial Investment, Zero 0️⃣ Care: $600 initial payment towards a $3,000 plan, with zero compassionate follow-up. ↯ New Patient Treatment: First impression was shockingly negative and really quite disrespectful 💔 💔 💔 to say the least. ↱𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 to Potential Patients↴ If you value professional care, communication, and basic patient respect, DO NOT choose Western Dental in Garden Grove. My partner's traumatic experience serves as a critical warning. Seek dental care providers who genuinely prioritize patient well-being and follow through on their commitments. 🤞 for the remainder of the process. My heart hurts for him.

Been going here for about a month or so and the staff were very nice and professional the 2 Dr's I seen have been great as well. On a thru I get and Asian Dr phan who is talking loud joking about how her allergies are messing with her and how she allergic to work... she complete the filling to then walk away for about 20 to 30 min leaving me in the chair waiting to get the tooth polished mind u there is 1 else waiting to be seen.... some people should be more considerate about people's feeling will not be returning to that office.... the tools are rusted still sitting here no one has came to say anything.... 35 mins go by and they come tell me I have to Reschedule To give my toothbruff which is a 15min process will not be returning

Really bad service just looking to get your money no interest at all for the patients

Really bad experience here. While doing the deep cleaning doctor cut/burn side lip. Couldn’t even eat the 1st day and here I am with second day and lip still hurts even to talk it burns. Wished they were more careful with this type of work. Hope no one has experienced this type of incident here! Was going to leave no star but doesn’t let me post without adding a star!
