I had a great teeth cleaning with Nancy. She gave me advise on how to help prevent bleeding of my gums. Joanne welcomed me immediately with a big smile and walked me next door for my endodonrist consultation. Dr. C is the best! She put in a bridge that matches my other teeth perfectly and have had no problems. She's always so upbeat and personal. I also was grateful to met Dr. Hayashi, Ana, Ayde and Kristen. I will be back for a root canal soon.Great service as always!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! Dr. Balshe is truly exceptional—professional, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the visit. A special shoutout to Ayde at the front desk! She is so warm, welcoming, and efficient. From scheduling to check-in, she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team creates a friendly, caring environment, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Dentist – Highly Recommend! I had a dental implant done by Dr. Balshe at Anaheim Hills Dental Group and Orthodontics, and he did an amazing job! The whole procedure was quick, painless, and very comfortable. I’ve had several implants before, but this was by far the best experience. Dr. Balshe is very knowledgeable and experienced — even though my case was difficult, he made it look easy! It’s only been two days, and I’m healing fast with no pain at all. I truly recommend Dr. Balshe to anyone looking for the best implant specialist!

I’ve been going here for a few months when I had a dental emergency back in July. In the few months I have been going here, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Tara has been extremely helpful in explaining the future dental work I need done and why it’s necessary. All of the dental assistants, especially Marianna and Brendon, have both been nothing but helpful, kind, and friendly in the several visits I have had over the past few months. Whenever I have an issue or question, everyone always is polite when addressing my concerns. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Saw Dr. Hayashi for root canal yesterday with Kristin, Ana, and Ayde. I had waited 9 months to get this done! I'm telling you it's because of Ayde that I finally felt comfortable. I have a phobia with dentists. Today, I was able to see Dr. C and my hygienist Nancy for exam and cleaning. Austin put up with me and gave me a quote. I am so thankful for this TEAM! Amazing people.

I went in for a routine appointment and had the best experience. From start to finish, this office is very professional and the dental assistant, Jessica, has excellent bedside manner and was gentle while taking x-rays. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

My wife and I showed up for previously scheduled appointments to have our teeth cleaned. Upon check in I was told there would be a hefty fee due for the cleaning of my teeth and a very small fee for my wife's cleaning. I told the gal that I have never been charged this much before and she informed me that my Delta Dental plan only pays for one cleaning a year. That sounded really odd to me because I've been using the same plan for years and it's always been two cleanings a year. I cancelled the appointment and waited for my wife. When she was checking out they tried to charge her almost $300 for the cleaning. She complained and asked for someone else and the fee was suddenly reduced to a few dollars. I subsequently contacted Delta Dental and they confirmed that I am indeed entitled to two cleanings per year. The Delta rep theorized that they were trying to do a "deep cleaning" which is only covered once a year. She immediately offered to help me switch dentists and sent me a list of dentists in the area that participate in my plan. So, I called AH DDental Group back and told them about my converstion with Delta. The gal said that I am only entitled to two "polishings" per year, not cleanings. Sounds like wordplay to me. So I requested an appointment for a "polishing" and she refused!!! She said I need the deep cleaning and they can't do a polishing. Bottom line is that this place is a bit shadey. They tried to overcharge my wife and only wanted to upsell me a service I did not want. We ain't goin back here again. Think hard before choosing this place. Edit: The office responded to this review by asking me to call the same office (and probably talk to the same unreasonable person I talked to before). No thanks! Give me a direct line to top management and I'll consider calling.
