Dr. Im is definitely a very capable but also compassionate and friendly doctor. I don’t have many dental issues but when there is something, he makes it clear what needs to be done and even has a small camera which makes a picture of the issue, which is very helpful. No unnecessary procedures. Very trustworthy. Best dentist I ever had. Thank you!

I had my first dental cleaning of 2025 in January and the second in August. I subsequently received a surprising bill that did not align with my expectations. When I called the office to request a detailed breakdown of the charges and the visit summary notes for my review, the front desk staff member was initially resistant and difficult. She eventually agreed to send the information but stated it would take "a few days." The interaction became unacceptable when, immediately after agreeing to send the necessary documents, she curtly asked, "Do you want to take care of your bill?" As I had clearly stated I needed to review the charges before making a payment, this question was extremely inappropriate, pushy, and dismissive of my legitimate concern. Since my dental insurance covers 2 dental cleanings as most insurance plans do. The poor service I received when attempting to resolve a billing query is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. My family would never go to this place for dental service. Second edit: I would suggest anyone considering Sunrise Dental in Bellevue to read all the online reviews first. I've noticed numerous complaints mirroring my own experiences with their poor services. Had I known about this pattern, I would absolutely have chosen a different provider to avoid the significant time and hassle required to deal with their unreliable system.

I’ve been a patient of Sunrise Dental for over a decade for so many reasons. Besides their consistent professionalism, attention to detail, efficient scheduling, and friendly staff, I remain a Sunrise Dental patient because they care and their work is top notch. They know what they are doing and are fabulous at it. They also keep up with the latest technologies and methods to provide the best treatments - and I’ve had quite a few! I’m so grateful to be able to smile with confidence, I have a whole team to help me with my teeth! 🙏🏼😁

I went to Dr. Sidhu who did a great job of explaining and detailing the problem and procedures involved with repairing my rear, cracked tooth that was causing an excruciating amount of pain. The office was equipped with very high tech imaging that can actually ‘see’ inside teeth. Very impressive! All staff were highly trained and friendly. I’ll be getting a new crown as an alternative to pulling that tooth. I’m extremely happy about that. Hats off to Dr. Sidhu and his staff in Issaquah!

I have been going to this dental place for the last 3 years and the latest on being June 2025 and surprisingly I received a bill about that visit asking to me to pay within the next ~20 days. It turned out to be error from insurance that sounds ridiculous: they added a bill of someone else from 2023 under my name and that's why they denied the claim. I provided all the evidences showing that was an error and insurance showed it paid for June 2025 visit from my end only to get a "it is your responsibility". "please contact Metlife" response and Sunrise absolutely don't care to investigate at all and push all responsibility to my end. Extremely frustrating and confusing. Will stop using Sunrise given the attitude they put on.

The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. Dr. Gina Gu is an exceptional dentist who takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the appointment. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with technology. I've had everything from routine cleanings, and evaluation to more complex procedures, and I am impressed with the results.
