Been coming here for almost 15 years! I love going to the dentist only because of how amazing each of the staff are here. They are very professional, detailed, and care about the lifespan of your teeth. Dr. Sunwoo only recommends the best, and he is the only doctor that I trust with my teeth. Laurie is an amazing dental hygienist and leaves my teeth squeaky clean every time! Super nice staff that just make your day every time! I relax in the chair no matter if it’s a cleaning or a treatment being done. Highly recommend this place, you will not regret it.

I've been coming here for a few years now and everything has always been great. Some of the best hygienist I've ever had. I've had some gum pocket issues for many years, and it was one of the people here that made some recommendations that finally sunk-in and my gums and teeth are better than they've ever been. Finding good hygienists and dentists is challenging and this place is one of the better places I've found. Recommended.

I wasn't able to make my appointment unless I brought my 1-year old. The staff was incredibly understanding and beyond compassionate as they tried to help console and entertain him while I had him next to me in his car seat. They made me feel so taken care of. Dr. Sunwoo is also the best dentist I've ever had, with the most skilled and pain-free procedures!

I loved the support team here, everyone was so kind and helpful. Traci the receptionist was warm and tried her best to accommodate me. Julia the dental hygienist was supportive and sweet, and an excellent choice for anyone with anxiety about visiting the dentist. I wanted this to be my new dental team, but Dr Sun Woo and I did not get along at all. He was condescending and pushy and not interested in customizing his care to my situation. He recommended an invasive procedure to treat an issue I was experiencing, and chastised me for neglecting my dental hygiene. I left the office in tears and feeling as though I had just gone back in time to a pediatric dentist. I got a second opinion from another practice my family has trusted for decades. He said my teeth were in excellent condition and the problem area needed only minimal treatment. Having received this advice from a previous dentist, I now wonder if Dr Sun Woo wanted to sell a procedure, or if he just didn't know what he was looking at. Regardless of what ultimately becomes of my teeth, I'd much rather drive all the way to Kent to see my family's dentist than sacrifice my self-esteem and my wallet for a convenient office. Sorry ladies, I really wanted this to work 🙁

Receptionist knows you by name and is great at checking in with your insurance when needed. Waiting area is always clean and quiet, pleasant music playing, you never wait longer than 5 min. Doctor Sun Woo's assistant double checks what procedures you are there for before doctor comes into the room. Doctor Sun Woo is always nice and friendly, yet gets to work promptly to make sure you get done on time. What I love about Dr Sun Woo is his sense of humor and compassion, he always asks you throughout the process "Are you Ok?" and it's so important that he does. My friend recommended Dr Sun Woo and I've been going to him for the last 4 years and couldn't have been happier with results. Lori, his dental hygienist is amazing as well.

I went here for my regular checkups and dental treatments for few years up till Mar2021, I would be still going here if I didn't have to move to east coast. I was treated by both Dr. Sunwoo and Dr. Ho. They are both knowledgeable, kind, and thoroughly explain why a treatment is needed, how it would be done, what to expect afterwards, and what preventive measures should be taken so it won't happen again. My treatment and cleaning were always efficient and good quality. In particular, my gum health improved drastically thanks to the flossing tips. I also appreciate how I never had a problem scheduling next appointment, getting text and email reminders for next appointment, rescheduling an appointment, etc. Staff is quick and responsive over the phone and in person.
