Janesville School District

This school district from elementary all the way to high school is a joke. All of my kids were mistreated by the librarian at Monroe. He still has his job. Marshall middle school never intervened with my son and his learning deficits when they kept telling me they would. Parker high school principal punished my daughter for reporting an assault against a non verbal student by a staff member. Just save yourself and your child from this horrible district and transfer out to surrounding areas or homeschool if you can

Great school district and everyone is nice and very helpful. Even reaches out during the summer to see if they can help in any way. Apot was quick and easy to grt my son ready for p4j

I have to agree with the below. The district Directors are not helpful and do not listen to parents as it seems the "clicks" within Janesville are more important that the actual well being of the children. They do in fact try to intimidate the parents as well. The district is used to doing as they please without any repercussions and it trickles down from the top to the children.

They have a zero tolerance for bulling, but they do not practice or enforce it. When my son would tell a teacher or the vice principal it alway fell on deaf ears.
