CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa

From the moment I first walked into CGI, I felt peace and serenity surround me. This is no ordinary gym and health club. It truly lives up to its name in that the offerings are part of a shared mission to help members experience true holistic well-being that goes way beyond a traditional fitness facility. The staff is friendly and super accommodating and really take the time to get to know you and how to best serve your health and fitness goals. The entire facility is impeccably clean and exudes an air of tranquility. I enjoy swimming in the ionized pool and even took an adult swimming lesson to brush up on my strokes! Plus decompressing in the infrared sauna room, salt cave, dry and wet saunas, and hot and cold plunge pools.There are so many wonderful classes that I am enjoying including Tai Chi, Qi gong, Line dancing, yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness and more. Sometimes I like to go the more traditional route and enjoy lifting weights and using the machines in their state of the art fitness room. And as if all of this wasn’t already enough, there is an actual spa which offers massages, acupuncture, facials and energy healing. I feel so blessed to be a member of a place that I affectionately call "paradise".

CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa is amazing! The staff is so thoughtful and kind! The place is always very calm and clean, wonderful locker rooms with luxurious saunas and tubs (cold/ hot) as well as a massive pool for lap swimming. Everything is always cleaned and well-maintained. The studio gym is perfect for an intimate effective workout experience. You don’t have to worry about anyone on top of you or large crowds. Their spa services are amazing and easy to book worth every penny. I recommend the Guinot facial, which is relaxing and perfect for a self care day. Overall a wonderful place. My favorite part of the day is coming to CGI. 😃😃

I had such a wonderful experience here. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming from the front desk team to the managers to the cleaning staff. You can feel how much pride they take in creating a positive environment. The spa services were exceptional as well. The space was relaxing, the treatments were top‑notch, and the staff made sure I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. It’s rare to find a place where every part of the experience feels this thoughtful and consistent.

I have attended several workshops, the most recent "Energy Flow 101" by Master Kayla. It was an amazing experience, sharing with other participants, and feeling uplifted personally and as a group. Good reminder that good energy circulation, we can became healthier, calmer, and happier. Thank you so much.

Wet/dry sauna (infrared), heading center, ionized swimming pool, hot tub with air bubbles and friendly and attentive staff. Nothing more to ask for for this total experience to regenerate and rejuvenate your body and mind. I took Amy’s yoga class and it was in depth and engaging. She carefully corrected the posture and encouraged everybody.

Found CGI last year and I fell in love. My favorite part is the Pink Himalayan Salt room and the herbal tub, it’s so relaxing after a long day. This place is my favorite gym in the area!!

The spa is wonderful with so many saunas, steam room, hot tubs and best of all the cold plunge! It saved me from the previously experienced pain following my strength workouts, increasing my circulation and reducing any inflammation.
