Kung Fu Tea Dearborn

My preferred drink is the honey thai tea. But every time I order it from this specific location (on either DoorDash or UberEats), they make it with milk despite the order not including any milk. I’m lactose intolerant and if I wanted the milk tea version I would have ordered it. This only happens at this location and the staff never label anything. So, I can’t even tell you what this drink is, but it’s not what I ordered. They’ve gotten this wrong 3 times in a row. I had to physically drive to the location and place the order in person. The cashier tried to argue me down about whether the drink had milk or not, until he remade it and could clearly see the color difference. He apologized and I left with the correct drink but I shouldn’t have had to do all that for them to get it right.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff were good and I enjoy the bubble tea! I recommended Blueberry Creamsicle or Kiwi Yogurt Slush with Mango Popping Bubbles! Would have taken a photo of them but it was too good! For kids, an Oreo Wow or Oreo Slush. I always get a large because the medium doesn’t give me enough of the drink if I get more than two toppings. The cost is reasonable and worth it!

I love the company, but out of all of their locations this one is the WORST. I came here for a pickup, which they didn't have. That's fine, I waited. It took damn near 10 minutes for 2 drinks, no other person was in the building. Okay, I guess. My usual drink, which is delicious at every location other than this one, tasted like spoiled milk with the cheapest chocolate flavoring available. No syrups. I pay extra for coffee popping boba, I even reminded the girl just in case because it's my favorite.. I had 2 BOBA. IN MY LARGE DRINK. I actually dumped the drink out into a strainer to see, because it tasted so bad I wasn't going to drink it anyways. When I tried to call the store, 3 days in a row, their phone was disconnected and I live too far away for it to be worth going back in person for a refund. CHOOSE ANY OTHER LOCATION!

We were all excited to try this place out finally and BOOM the wait was 45 minutes with no customers but us, we asked service what they recommended and BOOM it was horrible but the most expensive item on the menu and didn't look nothing like what we ordered. Never again. Had i went straight to the restroom I would of told everyone let's go, they place was beyond nasty. Restrooms cleanliness determines how the service will be. In my opinion a huge waste of almost $30.00 on 2 dessert items.

Ordered a drink that was supposed to be Blue Curacao and citrus... got a pineapple drink instead that i couldn't even drink because im allergic to pineapple... got it delivered tried calling and no one answers

I remember back then I never considered entering Kung Fu Tea. The establishment hasn’t done a great job with the drinks nor the service. However, the contrasting sequel with Kung Fu Tea being under their new management has truly shown otherwise. A place I once considered a failure within Downtown Dearborn, now grows to be my go-to location for refreshments, boba, and other entities of the sort. I have never experienced such compelling drinks, and in comparison, their service also stands so similar. Not only is the cleanliness of the establishment excellent, but simple communication with the employees feels as if small-talk, as not only are they friendly but also extremely knowledgeable, and I find it hard to believe I receive all this out of one spot within Downtown Dearborn. It feels as if I’ve entered a hub — Relaxing scenery with friendly locals, exotic refreshments shared with partners, and as you step outside, the center of Dearborn; soccer, piano playing and friendly interactions throughout. Though I’ve never visited any of the other locations of this wonderful franchise, If they have even half of the ethereal quality of drinks and extraordinary service of the staff within the West Dearborn Location, I just know for a fact I’d love them as well. Thank you to the new management for turning a place that once felt like a joke within the Downtown community into a haven for anyone who enjoys refreshments, boba, or even simple conversation. I am forever grateful and fortunate to have a building with so much character and delight be my one stop shop for all kinds of drinks, and I pray for the future success of this franchise and all of its staff. On the side note, I highly recommend their Strawberry Matcha. Though I love everything on their menu without a favorite, I have recently tried this drink and it truly struck my tastebuds. Trust me, if you are visiting West Dearborn-wether for a gathering, a date, or simply because you feel like it, you will not regret trying Kung Fu Tea.

Have you ever tried Boba tea? This is a great place to start! Let me give you the Tea on the Tea lol •Atmosphere• This place is clean inside and out. Nicely setup and is a quaint place to meet and share a nice tea! •Service• The service is polite and professional! They are very helpful with figuring out all of the tea options and giving great suggestions. •Food• Well in this case, the Tea. The Tea was amazing, the options and configurations are endless and everything is made with fresh ingredients and where you can see it with the open layout. The drinks come sealed and made to order and are very tasty. As far as Tea cafes go, this one gets a 4.5/5 Flame 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥rating would recommend and definitely will try again!
