Sweat House OC Mission Viejo

I've gone to 3 classes now as a complete beginner. I would not say I'm comfortable or confident yet, but sweathouse provides a very low pressure and welcoming environment. The instructor Rilie is very nice and I recommend her classes.

I just completed my second class and I absolutely love it! I have taken Megan and Jill’s classes so far, and they are both so welcoming and energetic! I love how fun and impactful each class is and I always look forward to coming into the studio! 😁💗

After doing regular Pilates for a year I felt stagnant. I enjoyed going, but didn’t feel like there was growth happening. Lagree has provided growth and has challenged me! It’s hard, but there’s no growth in the comfort zone.

I have taken a few classes here now after deciding to give lagree a try and I can’t recommend it more. The workout had me sweating from start to finish. The studio is so cute and clean. The instructor that I’ve had (Mimosa) is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be taking more classes!

This is my third class and have had 3 different instructors, all of them have been amazing! They are all so encouraging and it’s been such a good workout!

Enjoyed my first class at this studio! The instructor was welcoming and friendly. I did l’agree pilates years ago and have missed it. I decided to come back to it to change up my workout and add to my strength training for my runs and overall health. I definitely feel delayed onset muscle soreness in my arms and lats the next day. Love it!

Sweathouse has been awesome!! I did the 5 class deal and all the instructors have been so helpful and challenging! I’m loving it so far!
