If you’re reading this review, it means you are one of the lucky veterans who has found this hidden gem. The Grey Team is truly life-changing. They take a holistic approach to veterans’ health not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. This place has been a blessing for my family. The treatments work, but what makes the biggest difference is the camaraderie. It gives you back something many of us thought we had lost: purpose, connection, and hope. I’ve been finding myself again little by little and rediscovering parts of me that I thought were gone forever. I’m still working on myself, but every day this place gives me hope that I can reach a sense of normalcy again. That hope alone means everything. The staff are patient, compassionate, and truly care about every veteran. Grey Team provides a safe space for those who have suffered different types of injuries, where healing happens without judgment. The therapies from light bed to cold plunge help not only with physical pain but also show you how strong you really are mentally. No matter what branch we served in, here we are one family. If you’re a veteran looking for real healing, real support, and a place that truly understands you, this is it.

Organization claims to have helped over 1200 veterans. Too many veterans however, have claimed to have applied and never heard back. The ones that have gone here don’t last too long. They have stated that wealthy people that donate or are there for personal training sessions that they pay for get preferences over veterans. It’s not a veteran only gym as it is led to believe because many people that are not veterans get to use it too since they pay for personal training sessions. It also appears the majority of the money that this place earns doesn’t actually go to veteran care. Instead it gets spent on other extravagant things, like cos-playing videos, travel to trades shows that have nothing to do with mental well being, and charity events for the wealthy that get more and more expensive to put on. I challenge this place to prove that they served 400 veterans in the year 2025, since one post on social media from November 2024 says they had over 800 veterans and another from 2025 say they had over 1200. Since Grey Team responded with obvious FLUFF but have not shown any EVIDENCE they have SERVED OVER 1200 VETERANS to include 400 in the year 2025!!!!

Grey Team is an incredible nonprofit dedicated to keeping our veterans fit both mentally and physically. Run by active military and veterans, and supported by the entire community, they offer a wide range of top-notch resources. From a fully-equipped gym and high-quality supplements to innovative red light therapy, a relaxing sauna, and rejuvenating yoga sessions, they provide everything needed to maintain a healthy mind and body. What truly sets Grey Team apart is their unwavering commitment to excellence and the genuine care they show for every veteran they serve. Grey Team is the most important non-profit organization around. They serve our active military and veterans above and beyond what any other organization can do. GT provides Community and BioHacking Appliances and Tools to protect and help our soldiers adapt and heal from PTSD and to prevent their suicide. Their track record is 100% successful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an organization to proactively donate and participate with.

I turned in several sensitive documents and did not receive a reply of any kind. Looks like another scam that preys upon vulnerable homeless veterans like me.

Grey Team is an awesome organization that helps vets and provides a safe space for us to feel at home everytime we visit. They have a well-designed gym with the best modern machines, a state-of-the-art light therapy bed for muscle and body rejuvenation, and even a sauna where you can relax and watch Netflix. The amazing staff and physical trainers are dedicated to helping vets achieve their best fitness level and live their best life. They also have fun community events like football games and movies where we can all hang out and meet fellow vets. This is definitely where it’s at!! So grateful for Grey Team!!!

Grey Team is without a doubt a blessing to all who have served! From their warm welcoming staff to their top of the line equipment, it is truly a way to give back to the veteran community. Being an infantryman in the Marine Corps I have suffered many injuries which I still feel the affects of today, thanks to Grey team I can definitely feel myself physically and mentally getting back to where I need to be! Not to mention what an awesome place just to hangout and be with like minded people! Thank you Grey Team
