BrightPath West Hartford on Park Child Care Center

We've been with Brightpath on Park for four years now and we absolutely love it!! Our son started in the baby room in 2021 and our daughter in 2024. We have been through every age group and we absolutely love the teachers! This center has the feeling of a family - everyone who works there knows my kids names and genuinely cares about them. We know the teachers have a difficult job and have been thrilled to see that staff turnover is low - many of the same teachers who worked with our son are now working with our daughter. They plan really fun and elaborate activities for the kids and I never worry at all while my kids are there. Mackenzie is an awesome director and helps make the center feel like a big extension of our family. Highly recommend!

Firstly, I want to say that I rarely write reviews. I'm hoping this review will help any parent(s) (especially new parents) decide where to bring their child for daycare in the West Hartford area. It's worth it. This location is a small, but mighty version of what Bright Path has to offer. Our son has been there for almost three years, and as he has transitioned from room to room based on his age/development, the teachers seem to get better and better. Meeting the MANY individual needs and challenges of all the students is an extreme undertaking and responsibility, and the Bright Path Family does a remarkable job of this. Whether you're an overbearing parent who micromanages daily or a parent who has little to no expectations and trusts the teachers to do what they do, Bright Path handles it..really well. Calling this "daycare" undermines the value that this location brings to the children. Let's call it what it is--a learning development center; it's a critical time for a child's development, and the teachers are active, daily, in fostering an environment where the students are engaged emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. These teachers show up, day after day, fighting to bring the best versions of themselves to remain a constant factor in the students' lives, and it shows. I can't express fully into words how familial this location makes our family feel. From the time we walk into the building in the morning, there's anywhere between 2-4 passing teachers from other rooms who greet my son enthusiastically, welcoming him with open arms. Pick up is no different. It's an extreme weight off of our shoulders knowing that our son spends the majority of his weekday with teachers and staff that love and care for him. They have and continue to help us raise him to be a good kid, and we're grateful for everything they have done for us.

Such a great and caring program for your child/ children! I have been here for almost 3 years and have 2 kids here currently. Starting with the infant teachers they are wonderful and truly care for the babies in their room. I feel comfortable knowing that our kids are in great hands. I have gone through each of the classrooms// teachers and I know they care and love my children as I do. It is very clear that all of the teacher truly care about the kids and they get to know the parents as well. There is a great sense of community and it starts with their strong/ loving leadership! HIGHLY Recommend this wonderful center!

Our son has been going to Bright Path on Park for most of the past year, starting in the infant classroom and now in toddlers, and is thriving there! His teachers take wonderful care of him and we love their creative ways of guiding his exploration. We also appreciate the friendliness of the teachers and administration and the ease of administrative elements; everything is much simpler than the previous day care we were at, and we're grateful that they made space for our son with less than two months' notice. All (minor) issues have been dealt with attentively as well.

Such a great and caring program. The infant teachers are incredible and truly care for the kids in their room. We feel comfortable knowing that our kid is in great hands and have gotten to know the teachers in the upcoming classrooms as well. It is clear that all of the teacher truly care about the kids in the center and are invested in their growth and development.

We absolutely love this particular Educational Playcare center. The entire staff is warm, caring and nurturing, and I know my son is safe, happy and loved here. I'm so impressed with how my son's teachers and the directors are so tuned in to him as an individual. I also love the balance of gross motor, fine motor, social and academic activities that my son engages in on a daily basis.

My oldest son has been attending the Educational Playcare on park road since opening 4.5 years ago and then my daughter now 2.5 years and I am about to send our third child! We enrolled our son and never looked back. The center is reliable, great hours (7 am to 6 pm), the staff treat my kids like their own and they have award winning curriculum. My kids love going to EPC every day and have such strong building blocks for public school and life after day care. I know my children are in the safest possible hands each day and love getting the pictures and/or videos throughout the day to see what they are learning. It is such a supportive environment and they have exceeded my expectations with COVID and keeping our kids safe in a learning environment.
