Social media can distort good from those bad non accredited institutions, this is not a school. They do a lot to keep up pretenses. Knox County should check. Be careful.

Had a great Spanish language teacher and multiple documents translated with FLA. Never had issues with them, always can expect great communication from the team. Glad to have such a caring company in the Knoxville community

Teacher is good and knowledgeable.But when you hear secretary at office tell you about things instructor complains in a indirect way and suttle way about you as student behind your back. Then secretary becomes student in your class. I read the handwriting on the wall. I have been going there for a year. It's a click.This has been going on for awhile. Or snyde comments made to you during class.I am not driving 50 minutes to Knoxville paying 30.00 an hour. That's my opinion it might be better for someone else. Ok for them to make comments to you. Not as organized and professional. Also your current political views which I dont care too listen too which has nothing to do with class. Also school is not accredited. The teacher is good at teaching and good hearted. The school might be good for someone else but I give it an average rating.

I really enjoyed taking lessons there. I did private lessons but think now I would had progressed a little quicker having done the classroom setting instead.
