I highly recommend no one use their services. I called about a same day service. I was assured I would have the digital documents by the end of the day and the physical copies would be mailed to me first thing in the morning so I would receive them by Monday. They required the payment upfront and again stated they would deliver in the time stated. As their closing time neared, I called for an update, but no one would answer. I finally called the generic number and got someone that said they would pass the message along to contact me. Then I received an email stating it would be 2 more hours but it would be done. Two hours later I received an email with the document. It contained several errors which I told them with no response until the following Monday. The final translation was emailed to me Monday by the end of the day and I received a hard copy the following Friday. After an inspection of the final hard copy it was just not good at all. You could tell the stamps were preprinted and not originals and nothing seemed legit. I asked for a refund as they did not do what they said, nor did they provide a legit and usual document. They wouldn't do it saying I didn't need it til Tuesday for my appointment. Which in itself shows they didn't deliver since I didn't even get the usualable physical documents until a week later. Very disappointed with their customer service and quality of work. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Languages Unlimited did a great job for me. I was needing some documents translated from Spanish to English for a home loan contract and they come through. In less than 24 hrs. I had a proof to review and shortly after that I had everything I needed. Kudos and 5 stars to ya'll. Keep up the good work.
