We have taken guitar and voice lessons at Doral Conservatory for many years, and the experience has been wonderful. The teachers are excellent

They don't answer my Gmail messages. When I was able to reply, they scheduled a class for me and canceled it the same day. They rescheduled it for today, and when I arrive, they cancel it again.

My 8 year old son has been in the music program for almost 2 years now. He and his 5 year old sister have also attended Summer Camp and they were very happy learning about the different arts, dances, instruments, etc. The showcases are also super well run and lots of love put into it. Entire staff and facility is warm and welcoming and I wholeheartedly recommend Doral Conservatory.

We have been part of the Doral conservatory family for 4 years now. My son has been taking piano lessons along with music production and my daughter singing lesson. We are very happy with the beautiful service, quality of teachers, and schedule flexibility. Our favorite teachers: Carmen, Laura, Luzardo, and Carlos Puchi. Thank you so much for the amazing impact on my kids life and for helping them get inspired by music.

My kids have been students at the Doral Conservatory for the past five years, and I could not be happier with their artistic and personal growth. They both have been part of their in-house musical theatre program (Talent Zone). Additionally, my daughter takes piano, voice, solfege, and theory lessons, which helped her in the admission to a prestigious art magnet high school. And lastly, my grandson takes drumming and dance lessons, which help his focus and concentration tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They charged me the lessons corresponding to the month of December 2021 and an extra amount of money I was not aware what was it for. I had to wait until they were back in January 2022 to find out they charged the annual registration corresponding to January – December 2022. I expressed them I was surprised they made such charge without notifying me because I needed to hold my kid’s lessons starting in January and if they had told me I would have requested them not to proceed with the charge. After this I asked them to refund the annual fee as I would pay for it when we were ready to come back. Ownership took 1.5 weeks to get back to me with the response that they WILL NOT refund the annual registration fee corresponding to 2022 that they deliberately decided to charge without any authorization. Let me clarify I got a response after numerous phone calls, text messages, and voice messages. Please note my kid DID NOT take any lessons in 2022. Ownership have been struggling with administrative staff issues. They have been unable to answer the phones or return calls in a reasonable time frame. However, they have been very diligent changing annual registration fees without notifying the clients. Plus they don’t even provide a monthly payment statement or receipt. That is simply NOT ETHICAL, NOT LEGAL, NOT RIGHT! After this we have decided that my kid will not return to this place. They have now lost a student that has been attending lessons for 2 years already and I am NOT recommending any of my friends to this place. Very sad because my kid’s teacher is beyond excellent!

Excellent experience. My daughters loved the classes, the summer camp and the excellent teachers!!!! We are definitely going to continue in the summer camp each year!
