I have absolutely fallen in love with this studio. The difference in my son is astounding. We thought we'd give it a shot as he's ADHD and ODD and were looking for a positive outlet for him. My son can be a handful but they are so incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging. I have seen a huge difference in my son to the point his therapists are asking if we've started medication with him, which we have not! It's so incredible seeing him improve not only in his skills but in his focus, discipline, and self control. On top of that my son absolutely LOVES it.

I cannot recommend this Taekwondo center enough! The master is incredibly enthusiastic and professional, bringing an unmatched level of dedication to every class. Each session is structured with discipline, yet filled with an inspiring energy that motivates students to push their limits. Golden Dragon Taekwondo is an amazing place to train! The instructors are supportive, knowledgeable, and always push us to do our best while keeping classes fun and motivating. I’ve gained not only strength and skill, but also confidence, discipline, and focus. Everyone—from beginners to advanced students—feels welcome and part of a team. This is the best place to learn Taekwondo!! It is like a big family, the environment is so friendly and positive! I highly recommend!! But maybe I am biased because I met my husband at Golden Dragon Taekwondo😂😅

Master Sohn and Golden Dragon have made such a difference for my son! As a gamer, getting exercise, or staying interested with anything outside of the computer, just didn’t happen. Taekwondo, and Master Sohn changed that! My son was able to get in shape, become a part of a great team, and build strength and confidence! He loves getting to help other kids learn and grow their skills. Plus- He’s getting ready to compete in the US Open in February!!!

Master Sohn is patient, knowledgeable and gives supportive instruction in a manner that lifts and inspires. After 2 days, I knew this was the right avenue for my son who has ADHD and SPD. It won't be the right decision for everyone but if it is, you'll know it immediately. The staff and instructors also encompass a family vibe that is refreshing.

My husband wanted to do martial arts so we decided to try Golden Dragon Taekwondo. We both loved our first free trial class so much, that we signed up right after! And we have been learning so much and improved our fitness over the years! Master Sohn is an amazing teacher! He has more than 10 years of experience of teaching, and has coached many students to national competitions who bring home medals. We are truly grateful to have him as our taekwondo instructor!
