BOOKOFF Lakewood Center Mall

Visited from out of town by recommendation from a friend, and I was absolutely blown away by the selection and prices they had. I managed to find a handfull of 4K UHD movies and a Limited Edition Xbox One X (in box with special controller and cables!!!) for just over $500. The employee at the register even told me a little extra about the console I was buying because she was the one that took it in on appraisal and even let me know that there was a bit of stick drift on the controller. While I wasn't there for the Mangas, comic books, and novels, I did enjoy seeing such a massive variety of basically anything I could think of. The selection of figurines was also amazing, both in box and out of box, my girlfriend managed to walk away with a figure she had been hunting for years at this point. Overall a nice place to be! If I'm ever in town I will be stopping by again and see what else I can find!

I got a lot of great books for cheap! But I would have liked more book options. I saw a lot of cheesy romance novels but not the Middle Eastern history books I was looking for

I take my son and daughter here on the weekends and they can spend hours here going through all the movies, books, and puzzles, anemae items as well. It's a great store. I just told my sister about it. She's taking her grandson soon there.

It's a cool place to buy stuff but if you're looking to sell some items to them good luck. They offer bottom low offers. You're better off selling on offer up lol

So much for garden grove being the largest one. This store is also huge with a sizable library of books, dvds, and you guessed it: figurines and merch. Lots of retro games and consoles too, surprisingly! Should be fun to visit

Not many places to sell used books anymore. Large location and it’s busy - so when you’re bringing books to sell, it might be a couple hours of wait - have a plan to help spend some time doing something else. (Costco is nearby and it’s in a mall, so not hard to find somewhere to wander off to.) I’d say we got a decent price for what we were selling. 👍

Had tons of great books to sell. 75% new. But their offer was $7.69 lmao. No worries donating them to my local library bookstore instead, other readers can enjoy them for a small library donation.
