I am learning lots of Tae Kwon Do and am having a lot of fun. It helps me understand discipline and patience very well. Master Ken is the best!

This is an amazing place. It's much more than a training school. It's a community that fosters discipline, cooperation, commitment and love. My two children started here from scratch and have just completed their black belt test. We'd just moved to the US when they started. This school inspired it's students to improve in all facets of their lives. It's very family oriented too. The instructors are efficient and strict while caring and understanding, a difficult balance to maintain. The owner and master trainer, Mr. Peter Wahlstrom, is also a university professor. It shows. He's more than an instructor. He's a mentor. He has had a wonderful positive impact on my daughter (14)and son (12). Excellent school in every way. It's rare to find a place like this nowadays.

My grandchildren just started and love it! They are learning self-discipline and getting great exercise.
