Went in February so temperature was very nice and manageable! Cold on first day in the morning (high 30s) all the way back up to 70s on our last day! Absolutely gorgeous campus.
Haven't been to the campus in nearly 30 years. Really enjoyed the campus tour and orientation for freshman. The staff and volunteers made for a great experience for parents and students. Best wishes to all the students...have a blast!
My experience with the University of Arizona has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After deciding to completely withdraw, I followed every required step – I withdrew from all my classes, notified my advisors, contacted Financial Aid and Admissions, and even submitted the official Cancel Admission form. Despite doing everything correctly, I’m still being billed for a semester I’m not attending and for financial aid I never accepted. Every time I reach out for help, I get bounced from department to department with no real answers. No one seems able or willing to take responsibility or give clear guidance. Instead of resolving the issue, they just repeat information I already know and send me in circles. This lack of communication and accountability has caused unnecessary stress and is now affecting my ability to move forward with other educational opportunities. For a large university, the administrative process is shockingly disorganized and unhelpful. I expected far better support and professionalism. I would not recommend dealing with this institution if you can avoid it.
This Campus is Beautiful 😍 the staff is so nice and the overall feel is such a delight. Easy to get around and meet people. Handicap parking all over campus and tons of shade from the beautiful trees. Make sure to make it to a Wildcats game too.
It was 1968 and Mr. Anderson led a debate team from Valley High in Las Vegas to University of Arizona. Adrian and I had been up all night tripping on LSD we bought from freaks driving a white van. They picked us up hitchhiking near the university and immediately we were described as "weird Margarets" which was an appellation that became a life long in joke. Most notably one of the freaks broke a cork bulletin board over Adrian. The trails were awesome and I totally tripped on being a Margaret. Next day I was still flashing. Got to the debate room and there was a single fly vexing my mood. In debate you lose points for lack of composure and the fly was molesting me till I opted to swallow it. Grossed out but unbeaten, I want to shout out to my partner who fulfilled his dream of becoming a lawyer. His obituary, not that long ago, extolled a high minded liberal and I just want to say, I am proud of Stephen Swander. Thank you google maps for giving us this platform of place, truly the place to be.
to all the ladies whose boyfriends go here save yourself before, my friends man had random girls following him from the gym to his door drunk. Three girls came to his door absolutely drunk trying to have a three some with him, banging on the doors and refusing to leave. They were there for thirty minutes trapping him. Disgusting.
I really enjoy this stadium. Even tho I am not a UofA fan, I am fan of football and this is a fun stadium to come to. Friendly crowd for sure and even if you aren't routing for UofA the hospitality is still there.
