The Foundry

This place is AWESOME! They have so many different things in there from cooking classes, dancing, jewelry making, designing clothes, it's great! If you're looking for a fun night out, I would check them out to see what they are offering any given weekend. We did a cooking glass and will be back!

Best makerspace in the city! Staff is awesome and great people, great setup for woodworking, fabrication, and textiles.

My child attends cooking classes by Ming Hui Academy Boston, which takes place at The Foundry in Cambridge. The Foundry is an exceptional space that exudes a cool and engaging atmosphere.

The loudest unnecessary noise every morning like clockwise, well ruin any conference any day any breakfast any sleep you plan to have between 8 AM and 11 AM.

I came here to deliver an order of 7 crates of water bottles. I pulled to the front of the center to help the customer receive this large order. A worker at the foundry, a man wearing a bright shirt with long hair tied back, came and rudely told me "absolutely not, are you kidding me, move your car NOW." He didn’t even give me a chance to explain that I had a large order for a patron at the community center. I’m not sure what could warrant such impatient and terse communication. I was just trying to help someone out. Instead was verbally accosted. Hopefully this place can institute some trainings to ensure the venue is welcome and open to all, even DoorDash drivers who seem like they don’t matter.

Great events and fun variety of activities for all ages and interests. And many crafting spaces for sewing, dance, woodworking, cooking and other hobbies with the necessary tools provided at a low cost.
