While Emory University provides high-level resources and reports strong overall career outcomes, my experience suggests that students may encounter significant obstacles in securing internships and employment, particularly when seeking early, industry-specific opportunities. Alumni networks are also weak and loosely connected. Alumni are sparse, generally rare on linkedIn, and hard to get in proper contact with. The reported employment statistics may overrepresent positive outcomes due to methodological exclusions. According to NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers), graduates who cannot be reached, do not respond, or whose outcomes cannot be confirmed are excluded from the "Career Outcomes" denominator. Students who attend, if they do attend, should be prepared to dedicate most of their time to supplementing their career with networking, alumni outreach, and external application efforts.

Beautiful campus. We visited for relatives that were celebrating one of the kid's graduation ceremony. Nice time, well managed considering the volume of attendees.
