Just moved to TN and needed a hairstylist. What a blessing I found Harley. She is absolutely wonderful. She is the first stylist who fully captured my vision and delivered! I got exactly the color and cut I wanted. I'm excited I found her on my first search!

I’ve been a customer for a few years. Once I found J Christene Salon, I’ve not been to another salon. I’m here to give special credit to Vanessa. Vanessa assisted Jacque and finished up by giving me the best blow dry style I’ve had. She has a great artistic gift, giving me a blow dry style that complimented my face shape and personality. Whatever Vanessa used on my hair worked magic. I want some of that, whatever it was! Put aside a bottle of your special magic potion. Thank you Jacque and Vanessa! I hope to see you very soon.

This salon is top-notch. I’ve been so impressed with the skill and professionalism of the staff. I love how they work together as a team to help each other. I imagine the owner/manager is a very good leader.

After having my extensions horribly installed at another salon in Kingsport, Erica at J Christene was able to save them and my natural hair as well! She fit me in the same day to have them removed, and the day after to reinstall. I couldn’t recommend this salon more, especially if you are interested in hand tied extensions!

I had a terrible experience at another salon before coming here. My hair was extremely damaged and not at all the color i wanted. Jenny has repaired my hair and has me on the path to my vision of where I want my hair. It's going to take some time to get me there due to the overprocessing the last salon did and because of the direction I want my color to go. I am so happy I found this salon and Jenny. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and personable. It's like hanging out with girlfriends every time I go. But they are also very professional. I already had blonde in my hair ( half foil) balayage I went to Erica to get more blonde paid 230 plus the 50 down deposit only got my ends icy and the top of my hair ORANGE went back to pay another 150 to get the orange out she still didn’t get it out . Paid a down deposit 50 to go back couldn’t make it and couldn’t get my down deposit back NO ONE SAID anything about 48hrs having to cancel just that I had to put a deposit down nothing about what I need to do go get it back if I want cancel . Go to hair benders they work with your money and you don’t have to put a down deposit that you can’t get back
