Method Salon

Kelly highlighted my hair. I asked her to highlight the areas that had grown out on top of my head. She didn’t leave the foils on long enough and the hair that she highlighted did not match the existing color. So I went back to have her fix it. She got the owner, Amy, involved. I had shown Kelly pictures at my first appointment. I showed both of them the same photos of my hair at the second visit.. Kelly had put a few too many blonde highlights on top of my head. Amy offered to put some low lights on the hair on top of my head. Amy, the owner ended up doing the highlights on my second visit. She must’ve been very angry because she was basically hitting my head with the paintbrush to put the color on. It was so uncomfortable. I pulled away a little bit. She was very rough and unprofessional. The lighting in the salon in the late afternoon is very poor. I couldn’t really see the highlights after Amy got done. So I went home where I could see in good lighting. It turns out that Amy did improve the highlights that Kelly had missed. But when Amy put in the low lights, she put in low lights down the side of my hair in the front. I always have very pretty blonde framing my face. I no longer have the blonde going down the right side of my face, as Amy put low lights in there., specifically on the right side. Amy was very rude and rough when she was trying to fix my hair. She seemed very angry and in a hurry. I was actually very uncomfortable and scared with her behavior. I called Amy back and ask her if she wanted to fix the highlights down the right side of my face. She said no. The two people I dealt with at the salon do not relate to the clients needs very well. If you bring up any issues, they are rude. I do not recommend these two stylist or the salon. Very poor Service. They both kept bragging about the years of service they have as hairstylist. Unfortunately, their years of experience didn’t do anything for me.

Tarah has done my hair 2-3 times now and I am not changing for anything. She is kind and understand and makes my very flat hair look anchor lady volumous. Thank you Tarah for being so good at what you do!

I highly recommend Method Salon! The ambiance is perfect, the salon is clean and inviting and relaxing. Staff are friendly and always helpful. I was amazed at the change in my hair- it felt healthy bouncy and perfect color for me. Method- they do it all! You are worth it!😃

Uma is fantastic! She has done my hair for years and I have always loved what she does with my hair. She takes time and makes sure you like it and that she is satisfied with her work! Would highly recommend her and the salon.

I normally don’t respond to requests for reviews on Google, but I’ve been going to Lindsey for over 3 and 1/2 years and Lindsey is professional and does a wonderful job every time! She’s friendly and fun! She did a Brazilian Blow Out and trimmed my hair today and I walked out feeling like a million dollars! I would highly recommend Lindsey for all of your hair needs, from trims, to highlighting to Brazilians - she does a fantastic job of it all!

I went to get my hair done with Abby for almost 3 years when I lived in the area. Abby is kind, fun to work with, and consistent with her work. I would go every few months for haircuts and always enjoyed my experience at Method Salon and with Abby. If I hadn't moved out of state I would still be going to her!
