Updating my review from 2 to 5 stars because of Nancy’s response. She also reached out to me via text this morning and offered to get me in and make this right. That’s amazing customer service and so very much appreciated! Thank you Nancy for responding and reaching out and for being so wonderful and kind. My hair has been falling out a lot more lately and has gotten so thin that it’s almost transparent at the ends and putting it up in a ponytail just makes me sad because it’s the width of a toddlers pigtail. I wanted to cut it off today into an asymmetrical pixie like I’d had a few years ago. I called this morning around 11:15 to see if any of their stylists had availability today for a simple women’s cut. The person I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and said she’d send out a message to the stylists that were coming in for the day and if any of them had room, they’d reach out to me. It wasn’t long after that I got a text from one of the stylists. She said she could fit me in at 3:30 and I was excited because that fit perfectly into my schedule for the day as I had an obligation at 5:00. She asked if I could bring cash, said it’d be $35 today since I was a new client, then $45 each time after that. I said that was no problem. At 1:30 she texted again and asked if we could move my appointment to 4:00 and I said that was fine and that I appreciated her fitting me in today. As I was almost to the parking lot at 3:47 she messaged again to say she was still going to be another 30 minutes late, but that I was welcome to come wait. At this point I just turned around and headed back home to get ready for my 5:00 pm obligation. I told her that I was sorry, but that I was out of time to wait any longer today because I had something at 5:00 and would have to try another day and thanked her again for trying to fit me in. Her response was just "Oh, okay". No apology and no offer of a reschedule. I really do appreciate being fit into the schedule last minute. I do not, however, feel that makes it ok to have no respect for my time and my day. If it had been me pushing it back like that, it most likely wouldn’t have been tolerated and my appointment would have been canceled instead. I’d have been more ok with just a straight up "hey, I’m running behind today and won’t be able to keep your appointment time. Could we reschedule for another day?" The reviews I read for this business were great, but I was left feeling disappointed and completely unvalued as a potential client.

Jess did a phenomenal job on my nails. She did exactly what I wanted and envisioned. She was gentle and careful, and took her time. Everything was clean, and I had no concerns about sanitation. The salon is convenient to get to, and was affordable. Jess is great to talk to and so down to earth. Thank you! I will be back!

Fun salon for Hair & Nails or Lashes. They are a great friendly Salon offer a family friendly environment w different services I love going my nail girl Vanessa, and Stylists Michala or Lupe have all done great with haircuts for me. I have conversations with most of the ladies who work here they get to know you evan if you haven't had services with them before. Appointments are required since they are all self-employed but very helpful. flexible to get you scheduled with someone. Message on Facebook page is the best way to get help to schedule appointments

Maiah did SUCH an Incredible job on my hair. Despite doing a full, all over bleach, my hair feels and looks healthy! I am so pleased with the vibrant colors. I highly recommend booking with her!

I went into the salon To meet with Cynthia prior to this I was communicating through text. When I met with her in the salon, we had a full consultation. I had photos of what I wanted done with my hair. She assured me that she could do what I wanted done, which was basically a number five which is a dark chocolate brown, which is basically my original color of my hair with platinum. She said that is no problem. She guaranteed me she could do it. I told her I had been to three other salons they said they could not do this. She said she could do it. We scheduled my appointment. She said she could do it for the same amount that my other Gal does my hair for she was out on maternity leave and not scheduled to come back for another month and a half. I showed up for my appointment. Cynthia did a lot of talking about her personal life shared stuff about each step. She was doing on my hair which I honestly didn't care about. I just wanted her to do my hair. I trusted that she was going to do a good job 3 1/2 Hours later, she completed washed it conditioned. It took me back to the chair, took the towel off my head and I looked at her and said what is this this is not at all what we spoke about and what the photos were. She stated what are you looking for and I said you know what I'm looking for and I showed her the photo again. I said this hair that is supposed to be platinum is yellow. I said you have my whole head blonde dish, but it's yellow. I have no dark in my hair. She said well I can throw dark in here. I was like oh my goodness so she proceeded to put dark in my hair. The yellow was still yellow another hour and a half goes by my hair just looked absolutely terrible. I wish I could attach photos here. I was so furious by the end of the appointment. Two days later, I sent her a very long text message told her how unhappy I was with her services. She also proceeded to flat iron my hair while it was still wet and burnt the crap out of my neck had scabs for four days. She didn't even apologize for burning me Denied she burned me I jumped said ouch said that hurt. She didn't even have the decency to reply to me. 48 hours after that, I sent her another text and said you could at least send me my money back. You were very unprofessional. Your services were terrible. You did nothing of what you said you were going to do and I would never recommend you ever again and I would never use you again!!! I sat in your chair for 5 1/2 hours. It was a horrible experience. Never ever go get your hair done with Cynthia very unexperienced does not know what she's doing. My hair is now falling out. I think she over processed it.

I absolute love coming into the salon for a weekly blowout. I see Cynthia every Thursday. Her attention to detail is spot on. She’s so informative on all the products she puts in my hair, she listens to what I want and gives me her, years of experience, advice on what she thinks would work best and she’s never been wrong! She gets my hair right every time. I see her for a weekly blowout out, tone, and/or root smudge. I leave feeling like a whole new person and it’s so affordable. I also love being in the salon on Thursday’s. It’s a whole vibe, good conversation, and all around great experience. Thank you Cynthia, I’ll see you Thursday!
